Social Still is a food and drink experience like no other. Not only were they the first to produce spirits (legally) in the Lehigh Valley since Prohibition, they also created a restaurant that cannot be replicated. Social Still is where production and hospitality connect. Located in a turn-of-the-century gothic bank, Social Still blends in-house distillation with a restaurant for a unique dining experience. The hyper-local menu provides a true taste of Pennsylvania. All the spirits are crafted on site, the local wine comes from Franklin Hill Vineyards, a number of the craft beers are brewed within a 40-mile radius and even the food offerings utilize locally-sourced ingredients. Stop by for dinner, cocktails, a tour or just to grab a bottle to bring home.

Eight Oaks Craft Distillers When on Route 309 in New Tripoli, travelers may have seen the big red barn that is home to Eight Oaks Craft Distillers. Eight Oaks is a veteran-owned farm distillery that is proud to be rooted in the fertile Lehigh Valley. Eight Oaks grows their grains on-site and at their farm just a few miles away. The ability to control everything from the seed to the bottle enables Eight Oaks to experiment with many recipes and create distinctive spirits. Eatery, brewery and distillery! The folks at Barley Creek Brewing Company know how to brew fun. As the Pocono Mountains’ original brewpub, Barley Creek has been crafting great beer in their on-site brewhouse for the past 22 years. Last year, they doubled the fun by adding an on-site craft distillery that uses grains from the brewhouse to make small batches of great big spirits, including whiskey, rum and moonshine. Barley Creek offers an outstanding selection of house brews on tap, as well as a wide range of other regional craft brews. Guests can tour the brewhouse and distillery daily at 12:30 p.m., with free tastings for those 21 and over. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Barley Creek is also home to the famous Pint Size Park, a unique seasonal outdoor dining and event venue, where guests can eat, drink and play games like wiffle ball, cornhole, pickleball and Firkin Curling.

Two Rivers Brewing Company is a farm-to-table brewpub located in a historic hotel in downtown Easton. For 200 years, the building was operated as the Mount Vernon Hotel. After buying the hotel in 2011, the building was renovated and opened as a restaurant in 2012. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the antique, Art Deco bar, which was a Sears and Roebuck kit, installed in 1929. Live local music fills the barroom on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu features gourmet comfort food, sourcing many ingredients locally. Relationships are fostered with local farmers, and the menu changes seasonally to feature these ingredients. The brewery was added in 2015 and produces unique craft beers. Two Rivers won a gold medal in 2016 for their Six Fingers Sam Saison in the Specialty Saison category. Whenever possible, local hops and barley are used.

HiJinx

Brewing Company

HiJinx Brewing Company was born of a fierce passion for great beer. The HiJinx crew’s dedication to quality and willingness to experiment make for some tasty and unique beers. In 2007, founder Curt Keck was brewing up a batch in his garage with friends. They suggested that he open a brewery to share his passion product with the masses. With coaxing and a few more pints, Keck agreed. He insisted the brewery have a name that spoke to the high jinks that took place in his garage... and HiJinx was born. In November 2011 it became official, and brewing began on a one-barrel system in the original 400-square-foot garage. After two years, the HiJinx crew decided to expand and share their beers with a larger audience. In 2014, they moved to their current 4,000-squarefoot facility, with a 10-barrel brewing system and a tasting room that allows craft beer lovers to try delicious HiJinx beers. Drink some HiJinx and let the tomfoolery begin! 905 Harrison St. Suite 111 Allentown 484.714.0080 hijinxbrewing.com

Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a livery stable in downtown Easton. What began as a daydream in an avid homebrewer’s head has grown into the craft brewery that everyone knows and loves. While trying to find their niche in the sea of craft that existed, they decided to explore big beers that would set them apart from the others. It was then, after brewing beers including Blithering Idiot and Merry Monks, that their path in this industry became clear—making big, full-flavored, high-quality brews. From their humble beginnings in the livery stable to the approximately 30,000-square-foot facility they now call home, Weyerbacher has always looked to push the envelope of taste experiences, obliterate style guidelines and have a blast while they’re at it! The Tap Room at Weyerbacher is the gateway into the world of Weyerbacher! Enjoy Weyerbacher favorites, check out special releases and grab some merchandise. Live music and free brewery tours happen every weekend. The Tap Room opens every day at noon!
