A ship date will be determined once all information is clear and complete. • Correct Style Number & Quantity | Product Color & Imprint Color. • Correct Pricing and Set-up Charges. • Vector Artwork & PDF Composite | Download a free template from WWW.ADBAG.COM. • Confirmed Ship-to Address & Shipping Method. If shipping third party, please include shipping account number, account owner and billing zip code. • Requested Ship Date & In Hands Date. • Contact Name, Phone and Email Address for acknowledgements and/or tracking info. • Approved Credit or Prepayment | Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. • Approved E-Proof or Pre-Production Proof. • Freight Quotes MUST be included when purchase order is submitted to be honored. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Prior to order being released into production an acknowledgement will be emailed (email address provided on PO or email address in customer’s file) or faxed. It will show price, product, quantity, imprint color, ship to address, shipping method and ship date. Please review carefully and contact us immediately via phone or email to correct any errors. We will consider a no reply as acceptance of price and schedule. Additional charges due to artwork and other changes will appear only on the invoice. REORDERS To ensure an exact duplication of a reorder, send hard copy of art from the previous order. Please reference American Ad Bag’s invoice number or previous distributor purchase order number on all repeat orders. Include description of the logo or artwork. Previous orders are kept on file for no longer than a 24-month period. Repeat orders after that period of time will be considered as new orders and will require new artwork and set-up charges will apply. Repeat orders with PMS color matches, multicolor set-ups, and multi-color running charges are charged on each repeat order. See ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT A GLANCE chart below for repeat set-up charges. SHIP DATE All order acknowledgements will indicate an estimated ship date. This estimated ship date may change depending on the current production schedule. If your order has a FIRM IN-HANDS DATE, please clearly indicate the date is FIRM on your purchase order. PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS • Standard Production Orders | Submit purchase order to ORDERS@ADBAG.COM and artwork to ART@ADBAG.COM. Enter PO number in the subject line. • Rush Production Orders | Submit purchase order AND artwork to RUSH@ADBAG.COM.

EMAIL PROOFS | Provided FREE on request only. American Ad Bag will not automatically email a proof. An email proof will be sent if unclear layout or if imprint quality is questioned. PRE-PRODUCTION SPEC SAMPLE Actual printed product (often completed as a presentation piece prior to the placement of an order) not available on some items. • Purchase order required. • Color Evolution | $200 (E) per design PLUS product cost. • Screen Print | Flexo Ink | Foil Stamp | $90 (E) PLUS... product cost | set-up charges | any additional run charge | any PMS color matches. • Regular production times apply. • Once pre-production sample converts to order and no changes are made to spec sample, there will not be additional set-ups or PMS color match charges.
