ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Prior to order being released into production an acknowledgement will be emailed (email address provided on PO or email address in customer’s le) or faxed. It will show price, product, quantity, imprint color, ship to address, shipping method and ship date. Please review carefully and contact us immediately via phone or email to correct any errors. We will consider a no reply as acceptance of price and schedule. Additional charges due to artwork and other changes will appear only on the invoice.
REORDERS
To ensure an exact duplication of a reorder, send hard copy of art from the previous order. Please reference American Ad Bag’s invoice number or previous distributor purchase order number on all repeat orders. Include description of the logo or artwork. Previous orders are kept on le for no longer than a 24-month period. Repeat orders after that period of time will be considered as new orders and will require new artwork and set-up charges will apply. Repeat orders with PMS color matches, multicolor set-ups, and multi-color running charges are charged on each repeat order. See ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT A GLANCE chart below for repeat set-up charges. Reorders will be proofed only if requested.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations and changes to an order must be submitted in writing to CHANGES@ADBAG.COM and are subject to confirmation. Changes must be made at least 2 work days prior to estimated ship date. Cancellations are subject to charges for the work already completed including artwork, setup charges and production costs. Note: changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.
PRICES

If no price is listed on the order, we will apply standard pricing and all appropriate set-up and rush charges. Pricing is considered agreed and accepted if we are not noti ed of a discrepancy after the acknowledgement and before invoicing. If a quote was received prior to placing the order, it MUST be submitted with the purchase order.
RETURNS
All claims of damaged goods must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Unimprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Printed orders may not be returned without prior written authorization.

BAG COLORS | Colors can vary by dye-lot. Small variances in color are not considered defects. Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders. Like-named colors on different materials may not be an exact color match. Non-woven material has a textured surface that is visible through the imprint especially with heavy ink coverage and is considered acceptable. Catalog photos and color swatches are approximate. If clarification of product is required, please request a random sample from SAMPLES@ADBAG.COM. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
PRODUCT SAFETY
CPSIA
American Ad Bag products are designed, intended and o ered for sale as advertising and promotional products for corporate and business uses. As such, they are “general use” products. If a general use product is decorated with children’s images and the end-user group is a children’s group, then the product could be considered a children’s product. If you consider your order to be for a children’s product, it is important that you notify us at the time your order is placed so that we can let you know if we are able to ful ll it.
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 LABELING
California Prop. 65 is a local law that requires warning label if a product exposes customers to a list of over 800 chemicals. We perform extensive 3rd party lab testing on products, raw materials and inks (surface coatings) to ensure that all products comply with Federal regulations and CPSIA. It is the distributor’s responsibility to notify American Ad Bag if a client requires a Prop 65 Label. Please contact compliance@ adbag.com for additional information. PRODUCTION TIMES - Production time begins when: • Credit has been established or prepayment has been received. • Production ready art is received by factory. • Ship date is determined AFTER credit and art approval and when all order details needing clari cation are received.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME

Orders that require multiple print locations/colors will require extra production time. During peak production periods, American Ad Bag may require extended production times due to production capacity. We will notify customers if submitted orders require additional production time.

Shipping Method | Preferred Carrier UPS For best service, please specify your “in-hands date” and requested shipping method on purchase order. American Ad Bag’s goal is to ship the least expensive method while meeting your “in-hands date.”
Our primary carrier is UPS, and as such, they are the last truck to depart our facility each evening. If you request a di erent shipping method/carrier and your order cannot make their cut-o time, we will ship UPS and invoice for shipping. If no carrier is speci ed on your order, UPS ground will be used.
Both UPS & FedEx are scheduled for daily pick-up. Other carriers will be scheduled for the next day after schedule date.

For shipments outside of the USA (including Puerto Rico) will require a 3rd party shipper number.

US POSTAL SERVICE
Add $30 (G) for delivery to Post O ce. Add one production day. We recommend only using traceable USPS services.
PALLETIZING
All truck shipments will be palletized and wrapped. Handling charge is $14/pallet on 3rd party or collect billing. Truck shipments that will not be received at a loading dock must specify inside delivery or lift gate service. Extra charges may apply for limited access locations such as convention centers. Extra charges for lift-gate, inside delivery or limited access locations will be billed separately if not speci ed on the order.
Special Freight Fees
Inside delivery, redelivery, COD, International shipments incur additional fees. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping rates are signi cantly higher. Convention Center deliveries may result in freight charges higher than quoted freight amount and will be billed accordingly. American Ad Bag reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. Freight and duty fees must be charged on your freight account. PICK-UP ORDERS

These are approximate and all cartons are subject to dimensional adjustments by carrier. Use the carton size listed on each product listing to calculate 3rd party freight. Packaging will vary according to quantity ordered.

CLAIMS & RETURNS
All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. All shipments
should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. Factory must be noti ed within 30 days of any defects, omissions or errors in manufacturing, and must receive
samples for inspection prior to return authorization. Only authorized returns will be accepted. No credit will be issued if merchandise is not available for return. American Ad Bag’s liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

American Ad Bag will review each art le it receives. We take great pride in the quality of our imprinting. Please follow the recommendations below to help insure that you get outstanding results in the reproduction of your logo. Also, by following the speci cations, it will help keep your job on schedule. For the fastest service and best quality imprint, we recommend providing artwork via email.
LAYOUT
We highly recommend using one of our artwork templates which is available at WWW.ADBAG.COM. By using the template, your artwork will be sized and positioned properly when printed.
IMPRINT AREA
On each product listing in the catalog and on website there is listed the maximum imprint area. We request that you submit your artwork to the size you want it to print.
MAXIMUM IMPRINT COLORS
Each product listing in the catalog and on our website lists the maximum imprint colors available on both the front, back and gussets (if available) along with registration restrictions.
Flexo Ink Restrictions | Requires 1/2’’ of space between colors. Maximum of 2 ink colors on short run jobs.
Foil Stamp Restrictions | Requires 1/4" of space between colors. Maximum of 2 foil colors on short run jobs.
ARTWORK SIZING AND PROOFING
• Minimum font size | 16 pt. • Minimum stroke size | 2.5 pt. • Artwork will be printed at the size submitted. • Artwork will be reduced to maximum imprint area if necessary. • Artwork can be enlarged upon request at no charge. • Email proofs are provided FREE upon REQUEST only. • Orders accompanied by a hard copy of artwork will NOT be proofed on short run orders unless requested on your purchase order. ARTWORK CHANGES

QR CODES
QR Codes print best in black ink on a smooth white surface. American Ad Bag cannot guarantee that the QR Code will be readable on all items or on all units in a production run. Distributor is responsible to con rm the code/link is correct and active.
FONTS
All fonts must be converted to outlines prior to submitting purchase order. By failing to do so, there's a risk that when we open your art le, the non-converted font will default to a very plain font and your artwork will not be produced as desired.
PLACED/IMPORTED IMAGES
Scanned images (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .psd) do not always give the best imprint even at higher resolutions.
