Evolution® Collection Our Doors are subject to extensive testing to meet the requirements of EU Construction Products Directive (89/106/EC) in durability, impact resistance and cleanability. The Evolution® Collection Doors have plastics with accredited lifetime antibacterial properties that reduce the risk of harmful bacteria and cross infection, including MRSA. The White Evolution® Collection doors have this protection in the white coating as well.

1. HANDLE/GRIP: The soft grip provides comfort to the ergonomic and easy to use handles as well as offering colour contrast for those with visual difficulties. 2. MAGNETIC CLOSURES: Strong magnetic strips and durable water seals enhance the opening and closing functions. 3. LOCKING HANDLE: Unique and robust ergonomic locking handles ensure ease of operation and offer colour contrast for those with visual difficulties. 4 & 5. RISE & FALL HINGE SYSTEM: Resilient parts offer added strength to the bi-directional 180 degrees rise & fall hinge system. The doors lock into position when fully open. 6. WATER SEALS: Quadruple dam bottom seals with incorporated water deflection flippers provide better water retention and a unique water seal which is superior to commonly used systems.

7. POLE CEILING CONNECTION: Optional ceiling mounted full height 2.4m (special heights available) curtain support pole. 8. CURTAINS: White weighted 2m drop as a standard. Available in 2m and 2.4m widths (depending on enclosure size). Durable polyester. Curtains can be easily washed. 9. CURTAIN RAILS: Rails available in Chrome (Evolution® Chrome) and White (Evolution® White). 10. Evolution® CLEAR: Contemporary polished Chrome finish with 4mm toughened/security glass panels that meet BS EN 12600:2002 for impact test method and classification. 11. Evolution® FROST: Contemporary polished Chrome or White finish with lightweight polycarbonate panels, stronger than any other commonly used panel material in the market, meeting ISO Charpy impact test method.

12. SOAP HOLDER: Our beautifully finished Chrome Soap Holder is made from stainless steel and doubles as a robust support bracket for any fixed panel that does not have a pole. 13. COMPENSATORS: Both standard and XL compensators allow adjustment of +7/-20mm. Standard compensators depth 44mm. XL (optional) compensators depth 94mm. 14. FULL HEIGHT POLE TO CURTAIN RAIL: Pole to Curtain Rail mounting bracket (2.01m) where the pole is adjacent to the Curtain Rail. 15. Easy Fit Plinth Kit for Access™ and Combi Trays

Floor Vinyl Adaptor (Optional)

Designed for when plumbing connections cannot be recessed into the ﬂoor

This adaptor is used where the bathroom floor is going to be installed with vinyl. The adaptor forms a waterproof seal between the tray and the vinyl. The vinyl is secured in position by the adaptor providing barrier free access. The adaptor is securely attached to the tray with supplied stainless steel screws.

Wet Room EASA Dek Wastes

This flexible anti-fracture membrane is a must where waterproofing for internal floors and walls is required. The tanking kit includes fast drying flexible liquid membrane for interior waterproofing and polyester reinforced flexible tape for the flexible sealing and waterproofing of internal and external expansion joints. The kit includes 1 x 10kg of liquid gum, 2 x 6m lengths of flexible tape, 4 x flexible tape internal corners and 1 x waste outlet gasket. Extra items are available.

The lifetime antibacterial properties of the aluminium frame and plastic parts are innovative and a highly functional addition to this solid and dependable accessible showering option.

1. HANDLE/GRIP: The grip provides comfort to the ergonomic and easy to use handles as well as offering a soft grey colour contrast (optional blue colour for those with visual difficulties).

6. WATER SEALS: Triple dam bottom seals with incorporated water deflection flippers provide better water retention and a unique water seal which is superior to commonly used systems.

3. LOCKING HANDLE (OPEN): Our uniquely designed handle allows those with reduced mobility to easily open and close the doors. 4. LOCKING HANDLE (CLOSED): In this position, the handle operates as a key locking feature and has no sharp edges. 5. RISE & FALL HINGE SYSTEM: The 180° rise & fall hinge is bi-directional and rises when opening in either direction, preventing drag across the floor. The doors are spring loaded for smooth action and lock into position when fully open.

8. CURTAINS: White weighted 2m drop as a standard. Available in 2m and 2.4m widths (depending on enclosure size). Durable polyester. Curtains can be easily washed.

11. Essence® FROST: Contemporary white finish with lightweight polycarbonate panels, stronger than any other commonly used panel material in the market, meeting ISO Charpy impact test method.

LIFETIME ANTIBACTERIAL PROTECTION: We use an antibacterial agent in the metal frame coating and all of the plastic parts. This reduces the risk of harmful bacteria including MRSA.

Essence® Shower Cubicles Our shower cubicles are self-contained enclosed units and can be installed in an upstairs or downstairs room. Ideal for those who need to have their bathing solution nearby.

Choose :

• Simple to Install, includes the tray and roof. • Does not require any tiling and only requires the services to be connected. • Is surrounded on either 2 or 3 sides, and has the choice of full or half height, corner entry or saloon doors. • Cubicle can be installed as a permanent fixture or relocated easily in any room either upstairs or downstairs.

Type of Tray :

• Comes with curtain rail and curtain and has a full width grab bar on 3 sided cubicles. • Optional extras include extractor fan & light and a ramp for assisted Wheel Shower Chair access. • Overall height of the cubicle is 2050mm (Base 32mm) or 2100mm (Base 80mm).

• Base 32mm: Choice of 50mm or 90mm Ø inlet / 1½” Ø waste or pump waste (will require our waste pump). • Base 80mm: Supplied with an in-line 1½” Trap. • Base weight capacity 380 kg / 60 stone (Bariatric).

Step 1 If our products are new to your organisation, we offer training sessions for all technical and installation operatives to ensure everyone is comfortable working with any of our products. This will save time in trying to find answers to technical queries and also cut down on the initial installation time when fitting our products for the first time. Step 2 In addition, at the beginning of your first installation, a team member from EASA will be made available to you on site to answer any queries the installers may have. Step 3 Finally, things do go wrong sometimes, whether it be damage during delivery, components thrown out by mistake or that vital screw lost down through a floorboard. We appreciate that these instances can be frustrating and costly as it may stop you finishing the job. At EASA, we will supply a repair kit on request for the operative to keep in their vehicle. The kit holds a vast array of spare parts, fixings, caps, etc. that might just allow you to finish the job as planned.

Polycarbonate The Charpy impact test, also known as the Charpy v-notch test, was developed in 1905 by the French scientist Georges Charpy. It is a standardised high strain-rate test which determines the amount of energy absorbed by a material during fracture. This absorbed energy is a measure of a given material’s toughness and acts as a tool to study temperature-dependent brittle-ductile transition. It is widely applied in industry, since it is easy to prepare and conduct and results can be obtained quickly and more cost-effectively.

EASA Lifetime Antibacterial System Our lifetime antibacterial protection for Access™ and Combi trays is based on silver ion technology integrated into the material during manufacture. It cannot be washed away nor reduced by scratches or wearing. It is safe, effective and permanent and is used to protect against bacterial growth, mould and mildew. The material has been tested by an independent microbiological laboratory to the internationally recognised standard JIS Z 2801:2000. The antibacterial effect is rapid and bacterial growth can be inhibited within 2 hours according to laboratory tests.

The antibacterial material is not recommended to replace or reduce cleaning procedures but as an additional barrier to bacterial growth.
