USB Decoration Techniques Screen printing Screen printing consists of transferring ink through a textile screen stretched on a frame. The ink cannot pass through the areas where there will not be an image because an emulsion or varnish will have been applied allowing the ink to pass freely through the areas that have not been treated in this way. The surface to be printed is placed under the frame which contains the ink. The ink passes through the image part of the mesh using a rubber roller and it transferred onto the surface to be printed.
Pad printing Pad printing consists of a metal or plastic plate covered with a photosensitive emulsion on which the image is offset printed through a chemical process forming a gravure. This plate is covered with ink and excess ink is removed by a scrapper. A silicon pad then presses down on the printing plate, collecting the ink of the gravure and transferring it onto the printing surface were it will be deposited on contact. The different shapes and densities of the silicon pads allow us to deposit the ink on a large variety of surfaces (flat, cylindrical, spherical, concave, convex) and materials (metal, plastic, etc. )
Laser engraving With laser engraving we can obtain a permanent, unchangeable and precise print with laser printing technology on different types of materials, although the best results are obtained on metal products. Laser changes the product material by eliminating part of material’s surface.

Doming Doming consists of applying an epoxy resin to previously printed self-adhesive labels creating a raised surface. Labels are given a 3D effect.
