This is the HNTB Spark. It is the energy of our voice and inspires everything we say and do.

It’s infused every HNTB project since our foundation in 1914. The Spark is inspiration, the fire of new ideas, and a source of illumination. And, of course, the HNTB Spark builds. It builds technical knowledge, consensus among competing stakeholders, and understanding between policymakers and the public. Above all, the HNTB Spark builds the confidence of clients. They know, ultimately, the HNTB Spark is something you can build on.

THANK YOU!

I want to thank you for all of your hard work and for the commitment you have shown in 2022. I am inspired every day by the resiliency and passion you show our clients. The work you do makes a difference.

This was the first year the GLD hired more than 200 new fulltime employees, became the largest division in HNTB and surpassed 800 full-time employees. All told we finished the year with almost 900 employees.

None of this would be possible without you. Thank you for your hard work and your dedication to making success happen. I can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store. I’m confident together we will continue to do great things.
