Three Grangeville women recently opened up to talk about their personal stories of digging their way through the maze of depression and anxiety and what they did or are doing to help themselves. We hope their stories bring courage to others who may be faced with issues they cannot deal with alone and offer insight on the thought processes and decisions. ■
