Color Match gives you color choice! How it works: Select any image with (logo) . FC for foreground change and BC for background change. Select any color from swatch selection on the next page. Write the words “color match� on your order next to the inventory item and the swatch color code. Cost is 10% upcharge for each item changed. Please print very clearly so there are no misunderstandings regarding your intended color.

An acknowledgment will be emailed to you shortly after order is received. Any time, delivery considerations or other special order needs are required they should be specified at that time. ORDER MINIMUM: $500 or 2 pieces. Any order of $500 or less is prepaid with a check or credit card. Colormatch – Colormatch changes are available. Colormatch color selection must be specified on the order and written very clearly. The color selection will be noted in acknowledgement for verification purposes. A 10% upcharge for each colormatch item will be added to the invoice. Lead Times -All orders are manufactured on demand and ship within 4-6 weeks. We will happily make every effort to accommodate shorter lead times. Please indicate “must have by date” at the time of order placement. SHIPPING: We will use our best judgment to choose both carrier and route unless specific instructions are provided at the time of order placement. We attempt to comply with reasonable special instructions and delivery requests as long as they do not conflict with our terms and conditions. Our products are all packed in 300 lbs. test boxes approved by our freight carriers. We bulk package all items and larger orders of multiple boxes will be banded to skids for additional protection against damage. Requests for individual boxing or special labeling may require quoting. Customer Service Policy - we guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, simply call our customer service department at 410-984-8907 Payment Terms – Opening orders are $500. All opening orders must be pre-paid with check or credit card. Credit applications for net 30 terms may be made after first order. There is a 1.5% charge per month added to past due invoices. Credit cards used to pay past due invoices will be charged a 3% service fee of the invoice when processing credit card payment. Price Lists – Sizes are horizontal by vertical and are approximations. Prices are subject to change without notice FREIGHT CHARGES Most orders are shipped by common carrier, F.O.B. High Point, NC. Freight charges, which incorporate packaging and handling, will be added to your invoice. Orders are billed at 15% freight or $100.00 whichever is greater. Any orders, where size and weight allow for UPS shipping (i.e. 1 item under 32” x 32” or 2 under 26”x26”) will be billed at $25 per item. We are happy to consider customer requests and specifications as long as they are in keeping with Big Fish requirements and policy to ensure safe and damage free shipping. Freight charges incurred during delivery by the carrier for storage, residential delivery, interline service, lift back trucks, and/or driver assistance will be billed separately. These charges are non-deductible. You may elect to specify your own freight carrier and have charges billed directly to you; however we reserve the right to add a 5% packaging and handling charge to the invoice. Freight prices are for the continental USA only. If shipping outside the continental USA, please request a quote. PICK UP POLICY: Order pick up is available at facility in High Point, NC. They will be held at will call for 10 business days. After 10 days, if order is not picked up, it may result in transfer of the order to storage at your expense and risk. Invoicing date will occur when order is completed, first day of available pick up.

FUEL SURCHARGE: A 2% fuel surcharge will be added to all orders. This charge reflects the surcharge we are receiving from all freight companies, which is often far higher. It is not deductible or refundable. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELED ORDERS: Any cancellation or change(s) to your order must be submitted in writing at least 3 weeks before the requested ship date. The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any item(s) that are cancelled with less than 3 weeks notification. Any request for delivery postponement after the scheduled ship date may result in transfer of the order to storage at your expense and risk. Transfer to storage will be considered delivery for all purposes including invoicing and payment. BACKORDERS: Occasionally, items are backordered due to supplier shortages. Backorders under $500 are subject to cancellation. If you do not accept backorders, please request “ship complete� at the time you place your order. RETURNS: Our Customer Service Department must approve any return. A 25% re-stocking charge applies to all returned merchandise. DAMAGES AND FREIGHT CLAIM PROCEDURES: All orders are guaranteed to your satisfaction. While damages are a rare occurrence, please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival. Please note any damages/shortages on the bill of lading before you sign for receipt of the shipment. Please notify us in writing immediately. Melissa Van Hise will file the freight claim. Any concealed or obvious damage and/or shortage must be reported to our Customer Service Department no later than 5 days after receipt. Once reported, we will provide you with additional instructions as to how we will rectify the situation. For damages, please save the original container until your customer service issue is satisfied.
