What a wild ride it’s been. 10 years. And for us, that’s ⅓ of our entire time on this planet. What a weird thing to put in perspective. Some of the most formative years of our lives have had Ambient at the forefront: moving, creating, learning, and influencing who we’ve become. It’s our hope that it’s done the same, at least in small parts, for others.
We’re constantly reminded of how this thing has shaped us. The push and pull, the challenge and ease of growth, both personal and professional, has left a beautiful sense of connection and community with people we couldn’t imagine being without. We didn’t expect that pulling squeegees and finding an excuse to skip class would turn into what it has, but we’re endlessly grateful it did.
As we reflect, some of the years form together as phases, some as moments. Sometimes which seems insignificant on the surface, end up finding their place, forever engrained. Funny how memory works out, sometimes.
