A very smooth drinking blend, well suited to being an all-day go to roast. You can see from the ‘look for’ flavours, it has a very complex and deep feel on the palate. It’s particularity great in a flat white, where its chocolate tones come to the fore. It still has a little bite from a hint of acidity, giving a satisfyingly sharp finish to the cup.

For over 150 years, India has been perfecting the art of coffee. Monsooned Malabar, exposed to the moisture-laden winds of the Arabian Sea, transforms the beans from green, to a rich golden hue, nearly doubling them in size. The result is a smooth, earthy cup with subtle spice and a thick crema, perfect for espresso or adding complexity to your favorite blend.

This decaf is produced by Descamex, which uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba — the highest mountain in Mexico — to extract the caffeine without compromising on flavour. The large beans of this variety lend themselves to a very smooth drinking cup, warm and complex at the start, with a little wine and citrus bite at the end.

For our own House Blend, we have looked to create something that suits any time of day and any process, but not one that compromises on flavour. Leaning heavily on Brazil, Ethiopia and Columbia, you’ll find a great balance of deep rich flavours, with a pleasing ‘light-roast’ acidity cut through at the end.

Laguna Verde’s unique climate means that fog covers its coffee trees over half the day during harvest season. This means the coffee cherries have a much slower maturation, resulting in a bright acidity, but with a very striking character to its sweetness too. This is a very refreshing cup to enjoy as a pick-me-up.
