WHO’S WHO CAST Jaiden Navis

as Troy Bolton

is a junior at Cresskill High School. This is Jaiden’s 9th musical. He is very excited to put on a show for everyone and bring the house down with his performance. He’s always loved to perform and act and make tons of people laugh and amaze them with his performances. He would like to thank his mom for believing that anything is possible if you just put your mind to it and do whatever makes you feel special, which for him, is acting. He hopes that the cast believes in him, and he won't let them and the whole team down. He would like to thank Jacki for the encouragement and the energy she brings to the cast, Mr. Wada for helping him and pushing him to his limits with his singing, Greg for the tough love and directions for his acting and performance, and the entire cast for making this show one to remember for a lifetime. They really make the show worth having. Last but not least, he would like to thank his mom for always believing in him and being his biggest fan, his grandma for encouraging him to act and perform for people, dad for always being by his side, and his family for all their support. Let's “get our heads in the game” and put on a show! “We are all in this together.”

Madison McAllister

as Gabriella Montez

is a freshman at Immaculate Conception High School, and this is her first musical theatre performance at ICHS. When Madison was a student at Good Shepherd Academy in Nutley, some of her roles included Elsa in “Frozen,” Shrek in “Shrek the Musical,” and Jane in “Mary Poppins.” She was also a student at Broadway Bound in Lyndhurst where she studied dance, musical comedy and worked with a vocal coach. Madison often spends her summers with The New Jersey Summer Theatre Workshop where she’s been in shows such as Rent, Addams Family, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Madison is very excited to be playing Gabriella in High School Musical and is looking forward to the next few years with ICHS theatre.

is so happy to be a part of her very first musical at ICHS! Before this, she starred as Detective Red Mistletoe in the school’s fall drama, “Just in the Nick of Time.” She would like to thank her awesome family for the continuous love and support, which includes her pup, Checkers, & the cast and crew of HSM! is a sophomore at Bergen Catholic. This is his second production, the first being "Louder than Words: A Broadway Rock Review." He is a member of the Men's Vocal Ensemble and the Bergen Catholic Church Choir as well.

is a varsity soccer player for Bergen Catholic who enjoys playing with his dogs and hanging out with his friends. He enjoys doing theatre since it brings him joy to be able to act and sing his heart out while enjoying the process of learning with others at the same time. It is a joy to be able to play the role of Chad in this production because he brings out my energy and he is able to show it in his dancing skills.

as Taylor McKessie

is a senior at Immaculate Conception High School. This is her fifth show at ICHS where she has played The Ghost of Christmas Past in “A Seussified Christmas Carol,” Mama Bear in “Shrek the Musical,” Mrs. Slocum in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” and Holly Wreath in “Just in the Nick of Time.” Anabella has also starred in various musicals outside of school and is in vocal ensemble as Tri-M Music Honor Society President. Anabella wants to thank her friends, family, and cast mates for always supporting her.

is a senior at Immaculate Conception High School. She is so excited to finally be back on stage for a spring musical again after 3 years! She has been a part of 4 productions here, “A Seussified Christmas Carol” (Bystander #2), “Shrek: The Musical” (Stick Pig), “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” (Mrs. McCarthy), and “Just in the Nick of Time” (Elf Girl #2). When she's not on stage, she participates in volleyball, winter and spring track, choir, and vocal ensemble. She would like to thank all her family and friends for coming out and supporting her no matter what and have seen her grow as a performer throughout the years. She hopes you love and enjoy the show as much of she does!

is excited for her second musical at Immaculate Conception High School. She is a junior and was a part of “Legally Blonde” her freshman year before it was shut down by COVID. She has been in many shows outside of school since then, including “Louder Than Words: A Rock Revue” at Bergen Catholic.

is beyond excited to be in his very first ICHS musical. He is a sophomore at Bergen Catholic High School. He has performed in many previous musicals with St. Anne Stages, and he recently appeared in Bergen Catholic’s musical, “Louder than Words: A Rock Revue.” He is in the Bergen Catholic Men’s Vocal Ensemble. Nick would like to thank his family and his friends for their support. Break a leg!

is thrilled to be participating in her final production at ICHS as Martha. Previously, she played the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy in "Shrek the Musical" (2019), had been cast as Margot in "Legally Blonde" (2020), and played the Snowflake in "Just in the Nick of Time" (2021). She has been dancing for 12 years and participates in vocal ensemble as well, but you are just as likely to find her working sound or running spotlights behind the scenes.

The past few years have been challenging for the performing arts to say the least, but the people of the IC theatre family have made this an unforgettable experience for her nonetheless. She wishes the best of luck to the cast and crew of High School Musical, and she can't wait to perform with this theatre family for her final year!

is a senior at Bergen Catholic High School. He has performed in the Bergen shows and the Immaculate Conception shows for 3 years. He was most recently in Bergen Catholic’s “Louder than Words: A Rock Revue.”

Other credits include Straw Pig in IC’s production of “Shrek: The Musical”, the priest and the priest’s son in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” Bus Driver in Bergen’s production of “All Shook Up,” and Santa in IC’s production of “Just in the Nick of Time.” Michael is also in the men’s vocal ensemble at Bergen and the Bergen church choir. He is excited to perform as Coach Bolton in “High School Musical.” He would like to wish the cast and crew of “High School Musical” the best of luck and thank them for this wonderful experience!

is a Freshman at Becton Regional High School, and is currently a 3 sport athlete competing in Football, Wrestling and Track. He has performed in productions of "Into The Woods Jr.", ``Xanadu Jr.", "Hairspray Jr", and "Aladdin Jr." just to name a few. He has been attending Immaculate Conception High School musicals since he was a child and is proud to finally be able to perform on this legendary stage.

is a freshman at IC and has been performing in shows since first grade. Some of her favorite roles were Ursula in “The Little Mermaid”, Trunchbull in “Matilda”, and Jack’s Mother in “Into the Woods”. She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her. Enjoy the show!

has performed in multiple shows during her late middle school years and has recently participated in “Just in the Nick of Time”. She loves performing in shows and experiencing the final product. As a freshman she can’t wait to see the many shows to come.

as Skater, Brainiac is a senior at ICHS. She has performed in many other shows and musicals, but this will be her last musical. Madison will go to college for 2D animation and minoring in business.

She would love to thank everyone that brought her to where she is now and everyone who was by her side when the going got tough.

Is a freshman at ICHS, and this is her first show. She is looking forward to a great show and has enjoyed working with the cast and crew.

as Skater, Brainiac

is a freshmen at Bergen Catholic High School and is currently a member of the Men’s Vocal Ensemble. Aanand is very excited to be in High School Musical which is his second show after “Louder Than Words - A Broadway Rock Revue.” Aanand is very passionate about music, acting, and cinema and considers them to be a big influence in his life. His family is very proud of how far he has come as a student and as a performer.

is currently a senior at Immaculate Conception. This is Alexandra's first show. She is a multi-sport athlete who has played basketball, soccer, tennis, and lacrosse. When she is not playing these sports, she’s either working at Dairy Queen or playing video games. Alex hopes to become a nurse in the near future.

is currently a senior in high school. Right now she is involved in basketball and is a school ambassador. When she is not in school or participating in sports, you can find her sleeping in her room or hanging out with her friends.

This fall she intends to go to college to study Psychology.

Freshman year she did backstage for the musical but this is her first year being a performer.

is a freshman at ICHS. This is her first show! She plays

volleyball, cheer, and track. She is excited to do more shows in the future!

as Cheerleader is currently a freshman, and this is her first show at Immaculate Conception High School. She is on the cheer team and track team. She is excited to keep doing more shows.

as Jock is a sophomore student at Bergen Catholic where he plays soccer and volleyball. He has also been playing guitar for 6 years. Playing guitar has been a major part of his life ever since he started. He has recently performed in his first show at Bergen Catholic, “Louder Than Words: A Broadway Revue.”

as James, Skater, Brainiac

is a senior at Immaculate Conception High School. She will be attending the University of Pittsburgh next year to study nursing. Her first performance with IC was the fall drama, “Just in the Nick of Time.” and she is excited to participate again in this performance. Her roles in this show are mainly dancing ones as she has been dancing since she was 2 years old. While she is sad to leave Immaculate Conception, she is excited to go onto the next chapter of her life and experience all that college has to offer her.

WHO’S WHO STAFF Gregory Liosi Director is a member of the Immaculate Conception High School Hall of Fame, a Perry Award winning director, and a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. After graduating, he worked as a freelance director throughout NYC as well as production assistant for Jewish Repertory Theater Co., and Six Figures Theater Co. while attending New Jersey City University. He was also an executive staff member of Spectrum Stage Co. He directed 9 different productions with numerous different theater companies in NYC Greg is the Artistic Director for the Hackensack Cultural Arts Center and the Hackensack Performing Arts Center, where he produces over 70 different events a year. At HCAC he has directed over 25 different productions, with theater companies such as Teaneck New Theater, Old Library Theater Company, and Hackensack Theater Company. This is the 11th spring production that he has directed at ICHS. He is a member of The Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers (SDC). Greg would like to thank his wife and children whom, production after production, show incredible support.

Michael Wada Music Director / Director of Performing Arts is excited for his 11th show at ICHS! He is also the Vocal Ensemble / Choir director and IT Coordinator here at ICHS. Michael has worked with other theater groups around the county including Defining Moments Theatre Company, Teaneck New Theatre, Hackensack Theatre Company, The Hackensack Cultural Arts Department, The Strollers, Holmstead School, and Garage Theatre Group & Youth Conservatory.

Past show credits include: “Annie,” “Footloose,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” “Seussical,” “20 years of Drama and Music at Immaculate Conception High School,” “West Side Story,” “Into the Woods,” “Anything Goes,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid,” “42nd Street,” “Shrek,” “Legally Blonde,” “The Last Five Years,” “Spamalot,” “Spitfire Grill,” “Hairspray,” “Urinetown,” “Nunsense,” “Christmas Caper,” “The Wiz,” High School Musical,” “A Year with Frog & Toad,” “Charlie Brown,” “Rugrats,” “Oliver,” “Sleeping Beauty,” and “Narnia.” Michael is also the Director of Music Ministry at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Oakland, NJ, a freelance programmer, and vocal coach. He would like to thank everyone for their hard work towards making this show amazing!

Jacki Herzog Choreographer is thrilled to be working on her 14th production at ICHS! She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Montclair State University where she received degrees in BA Theater Studies, Education, and Musical Theater. She teaches second grade and is the Drama Advisor for two of the Lodi Elementary Schools. She has worked with The Hackensack Cultural Arts Department, Garage Theatre Group, and Old Library Theater. Previous ICHS productions include: “Annie,” “Footloose,” “Little Shop of

Horrors,” “Seussical,” “20 years of Drama and Music at Immaculate Conception High School,” “West Side Story,” “Into the Woods,” “Anything Goes,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid,” “42nd Street,” “Shrek,” and “Legally Blonde.” Some other choreography credits include: “Hairspray Jr.,” “Elephant and Piggie’s: We Are in a Play!” “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown,”

It has been a pleasure working with every single one of you!

Debra Carozza Production Assistant has an extensive background in theatre starting at the age of 6. She attended Holy Angels High School where along with other classmates started the National Thespian Society at AHA. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Acting from Adelphi University and since has performed on national and international stages. She is now a mom of 2 boys (& 2 dogs) and a cantor with Michael Wada at Our Lady of Perpetual Church in Oakland. She is honored to be a part of such a wonderful group of young thespians!

Sam Duke ‘17 Stage Manager is excited to be stage managing another production here at Immaculate Conception High School. During her four years at ICHS, Sam performed in many theater productions including “The Little Mermaid” (Scuttle), “Beauty and the Beast”, “Anything Goes,” and “Into the Woods.”

Donna Rock ‘08 Costume Design is excited to be back at Immaculate Conception as the costume mistress. She graduated ICHS in 2008 and was a member of the stage crew for three productions and returned after graduation to continue helping backstage. She is a graduate of the Fine Arts program at Felician College. She has found her passion in vintage clothing and now owns her own online business selling clothing and objects from every decade. Costuming is an exciting new challenge to apply fashion knowledge, technical skill, and artistic creativity.

She’s happy to be reunited with her previous IC theater peers and wants to thank the cast for being such a wonderful group. Break a leg and rock on!

Joann Beatrice '79 Arts Liaison is the Arts Liaison, Senior Advisor, Executive Assistant to the Dean of Academics, and proud graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. Joann is also the Parent Association Liaison and member of the Alumnae Association at ICHS. She is very excited to be working on another show with the theater department.

Joann and her daughters Casey ‘09 and Nina ’17 also appeared on this very stage. IC holds a very special place in her heart. She would like to wish good luck to the cast and crew. Break a Leg!!
