Sami culture and Swedish classics have all influenced the food at Icehotel. Flavors of the forest, lingonberries, cloud­ berries and fir are combined with reindeer, moose and Arctic char. Here, you can enjoy local dishes and tasty drinks, all served on ice if you’d like to. Finish your night with a drink ‘in the rocks’ at Icebar by Icehotel Jukkasjärvi or chose to eat your three-course dinner in the wilderness far from all civilization– during winter as well as summer.

CHEF’S TABLE One of our most exclusive food experiences is the Chef’s Table at the Veranda. A tasting menu dinner is cooked in front of the guests, sharing one large wooden table while the chefs talk about the produce.
