‫שלום לכל באי הקונגרס‪,‬‬

‫הנה‪ ,‬שוב אנו נפגשים‪ ,‬לאחר שנתיים‪ ,‬לכמה ימים מיוחדים של לימוד‪,‬‬ ‫מפגשים והתחדשות‪ .‬ימים שכל מהותם היא להיות יחד‪.‬‬ ‫היום‪-‬יום שלנו במרפאות‪ ,‬בתי החולים ובתי הספר גדוש בעשייה‪,‬‬ ‫הצלחות‪ ,‬סיפוקים‪ ,‬שמחה וכמובן גם כאב‪ ,‬אכזבות ויאוש אך גם‪ ,‬יותר‬ ‫מכל יום היום שלנו בחדרי הטיפולים הוא מקום הנושא איתו בדידות‬ ‫והתבדלות‪.‬‬ ‫כשותפים למקצוע ולאמונה בדרך חיים מעטים הם הרגעים בהם אנו‬ ‫עובדים יחד ולומדים יחד ועושים יחד בעיקר בשביל עצמינו והמקצוע‬ ‫שלנו‪.‬‬ ‫בפולקולור של סיפור הבריאה הסינית ישנו הרגע המכונה ‪,TAI YI‬‬ ‫הזמן לפני כל הדברים בו הכל אחד‪ ,‬לפני החלוקה לשמים וארץ‪,‬‬ ‫הזמן שבו ה ‪ YIN‬וה ‪ YANG‬עדיין מעורבבים‪ ,‬לפני שדברים הופכים‬ ‫נפרדים ומוגדרים‪ .‬בטופולוגיה של גוף האדם הרגע הזה בא לידי ביטוי‬ ‫במרכזו של הגוף‪ -‬באמצעו של מרידיאן הקיבה‪ ,‬בנקודה מיוחדת‬ ‫הנושאת את שמו ‪ -ST23 -TAIYI‬ובתרגום חופשי שלה ‪GREAT‬‬ ‫‪ -UNITY‬האיחוד הגדול‪.‬‬ ‫עבורי‪ ,‬ועבור צוות ה ‪ -ICCM‬הקונגרס הוא המקום הזה ביום יום של‬ ‫עשייה קלינית גדושה ועמוסה בו ניתן לייצר מחדש את “האיחוד‬ ‫הגדול”‪ .‬השאיפה שלנו היא לייצר את הרגע בו הרפואה הסינית‬ ‫והעוסקים בה הם לפני כל חלוקה לאסכולות‪ ,‬מוסדות ותחרות‬ ‫כלכלית‪ ,‬לפני שהדברים מתחילים לקבל צורה וכוונה‪ .‬מקום‬ ‫המאפשר לנו לאחד כוחות ולייצר עתיד בריא יותר לכל ולקדם את‬ ‫המקצוע שלנו למקום המכובד והניצחי בעולם הרפואה‪.‬‬ ‫אנחנו מקווים שהצלחנו להביא את חזונינו לידי מעשה וברור לנו‬ ‫שהדרך היא עוד ארוכה ולבנתיים נותר לנו רק לאחל לכם הנאה‬ ‫גדולה מהימים הקרובים ומהמקצוע אותו בחרנו לנו כדרך חיים‪.‬‬ ‫אני רוצה להודות לכל העוסקים במלאכה ובמיוחד לצוות הקונגרס‬ ‫הנהדר‪ -‬אלעד יצחקוב‪ ,‬ד״ר‪ ‬גיל ברזילי‪ ,‬ליאור קדם‪ ,‬ענת רגב‪ ,‬יעל‬ ‫ארנסט ועידן פראנק וכמובן לד”ר יאיר מימון‪.‬‬ ‫לוועדה המארגנת עמוס זיו‪ ,‬קרן סלע‪ ,‬אייל שפרינגר‪ ,‬עדי פרום וטוביה‬ ‫סקוט ולנותני החסות שלנו ובעיקר לקמפוס ברושים ומכללת רידמן‬ ‫על הליווי התמיכה והאמונה‪.‬‬ ‫שלכם‪,‬‬ ‫אסף מור‬ ‫וצוות הקונגרס‬

‫על אושר והצלחה‪.....‬‬ ‫הקונגרס הוא מקום מפגש‪ ,‬ומקום מפגש ברפואה סינית קודם כל‬ ‫מכוון אל הלב‪ ,‬הקיסר‪ ,‬החיבור ל‪ Shen-‬היכולת לחוש שמחה ואושר‪.‬‬ ‫לכן שמחתי שקראתי מאמר של חוקרים שמצאו ‪:‬‬ ‫האושר מקדים את ההצלחה‪.‬‬ ‫דהיינו ההצלחה היא תולדה של אושר ולא האושר הוא תולדה של‬ ‫‪1‬‬ ‫ההצלחה‬ ‫כולי תקווה שמקום המפגש המיוחד הזה לכל הקהילה שעוסקת‬ ‫ברפואה סינית בארץ יהיה מקום שיתרום לכל אחד למעט יותר אושר‪,‬‬ ‫ואושר זה יביא להצלחה‪.‬‬ ‫כל המטפלים ברפואה סינית מודעים לנקודת הדיקור ‪( GV14‬נקודת‬ ‫המפגש של כל ‪ 6‬מרידאני היאנג) אך מתחתיה‬ ‫נמצאת נקודה פחות מוכרת ‪ GV13‬לנקודה זו‬ ‫שם מיוחד (‪ )TAODAO- Way of happiness‬הדרך‬ ‫של האושר‪ .‬נקודת מפגש בין ה‪ GV‬ומרידאן ה ‪BL‬‬ ‫כלומר הרבה יאנג שעולה לכיוון הראש‪...‬‬ ‫מאחל לכולם שתלכו בדרך זו‪ ,‬דרך האושר‪ ,‬וימי הקונגרס יהיו מלאי‬ ‫השראה‪.‬‬ ‫ושההשראה הזו תעזור לכולם להיות מטפלים טובים יותר‪.‬‬ ‫לעסוק ברפואה סינית היא זכות גדולה‪.‬‬ ‫מאחל לכולנו‬ ‫מכל הלב‪,‬‬ ‫אושר והצלחה‬ ‫יאיר‬

Dr. Yair Maimon & Dr. Bartosz Chmielnicki "Treating pain and transformation using the 12 ting/Jing points"- introduction The lecture will cover all the 12 Jing well points and focuses on effect in creating fast change and transformation, with an ample variety of clinical application, point's actions and indication, needle technique and case histories.

The wonder of this points stem from their location- they are at the edge, at the changing point of yin and yang, at the most extremity of the hands (heaven) and foot (earth) therefore they can dramatically create change and transformation. They are most effective in the treatment of pain, any pain, emotional and physical, and are powerfully effective in treating acute pain.

On the physical level- They are the begging and source of the TMM (Tendon Muscular Meridians). These are more superficial meridians (Wei Qi) that follow the lines of major muscles, tendons, and ligaments. For example: shoulder pain, especially lateral, can be treated with TW-1 (Triple Warmer)or SI-1 for Posterior and LI-1 for anterior. Ting points can treat: rheumatic pains, torn muscles, and also herpes urticaria and sinusitis.

On the emotional level: these points are the most transforming, allowing the change from stagnation and depression by creating internal movement. The Nan Jing states that jing-well points treat "fullness below the Heart". A good example can be HT-9 which can be very dynamic in treating depression moving the stagnant QI and filling the heart allowing the person to reconnect to his own source of inspiration and joy. Many times they work like magic.

The outer-most effects the inner-most. Ting points powerfully transform by creating movement of QI in the depth.

‫אמנדה שיילה‬ Amanda is a TCM Practitioner, she is a clinician in an integrated health clinic in London with key areas of interest: women’s health, cancer prevention strategies, male/female infertility, aesthetics and dermatology.

Since 2005, Amanda progressively developed a system of cosmetic acupuncture, branded Acuregen, and teaches internationally. As well as running the Acuregen Academy in London, she is actively involved in research projects.

In 2007 Amanda set up an international practitioner forum, The Acuregen Cosmetic Acupuncture Network, to ensure best practice for those she has trained. Her collaboration with Vanessa Blake Cosmetics saw the launch of cosmetic range ‘Acuregen by VB’ in 2012.

She has recently designed a new range of intradermal needles, Thrive, available internationally.

Amanda is a senior lecturer for the College of Chinese Medicine, London and is Vice Chairman of The Acupuncture Society. Amanda continues to be a member of the Profession Specific Board (PSB) for the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council, CNHC, having been involved in the creation of their Microsystems Acupuncture register.

An overview of emerging evidence to illustrate Cosmetic Acupuncture as the way forward for anti-aging therapy There is some documented historic evidence of acupunctures use aesthetically over the centuries but its value today can be seen clinically. Recent research and studies from modern cosmetic techniques now gives us a better insight of how cosmetic acupuncture works at a local level on facial tissue.

Amanda will give an overview of this evidence as well as the limitations of such treatments and also explain her hypothesis of the important links between facial and constitutional acupuncture based on data from her recent collaborations and research studies.

Dr. Maimon integrates complementary and western medicine in his own unique way. He formally headed the complementary medical units in leading hospitals in Israel.

Dr. Bartosz Chmielnicki MD ‫ברטוש חמיאלניקי‬ Graduated from the Silesian Medical Academy (now University) in 2002, was interested in acupuncture during his studies. In 2004 he finished acupuncture course for doctors organized in Warsaw. He started his work as acupuncturist in Pain Management Clinic in Tychy.

Treating many patients he was looking for explanations he could not find in western medical paradigm. For that reason he finished four year lasting Chinese Medicine school in Cracow (2005-2009).

In 2008, in cooperation with Dr. Richter he established Compleo- TCM clinic and school in Katowice. Together they set up a curriculum based on WHO guidelines, and from 2010 they take part in international meetings of TCM school leaders discussing the future of TCM education in Europe.

Being a western physician and TCM practitioner Bartosz likes to share his knowledge and experience.

He extensively teaches in Compleo school, he also prepared a special acupuncture lectures for postgraduate education in pain management for doctors. He published a poster and booklet describing main qualities of classical Chinese pulses.

For last two years he has been working on a project of presenting acupuncture points names and physiology in a form of symbolic pictures.

Nils von Below ‫נילס פון בילו‬ Besides being a therapist for Acupuncture, a coach and a supervisor, Nils consideres himself as a TCM politician, who is heavily involved in trying to create a positive future for traditional and holistic Chinese medicine in Germany and Europe.

Trained at the Joseph Angerer Heilpraktiker School (1996-89) in Munich and at the International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grindstead (1989-1992), he has been a co-founder of the TCM College: ABZ Mitte in Offenbach, Germany and of the ETCMA. For the past 9 Years he is the President of the AGTCM, Germany.

My love affair with the Gallbladder As practitioners we tend to overemphasise the heart as the master of all emotions and souls. Jani White Lic AC MBAcC (UK) ‫ג'ני וויט‬ Is a writer and lecturer, an acupuncturist, doula and antenatal teacher with over 24 years’ experience of UK maternity and gynecology services.

In London she practices in Mayfair and Harley St, and runs both a Fertility & Pregnancy clinic as well as a dedicated Men's Health Clinic for reproductive, sexual and uro-genital issues.

Jani teaches extensively in Obstetrics, Gynecology & Fertility, and Andrology, based from the MA degree program she wrote for Oxford Brookes University. She is the Founder and Chair of the AFN, Acupuncture Fertility Network, and she set up and chaired ACT London (Acupuncture for Childbirth Team).

She also teaches courses for midwives and fertility practitioners, as well as teaching fertility awareness and antenatal classes for prospective and expecting couples.

Jani has supported hundreds of couples through their pre-conception, assisted conception, pregnancies and childbirths and has attended many labours, at home, in community units, at midwife-led units and in hospital.

Jani has extensive experience of high risk pregnancies.

Jani strongly advocates an integrated approach to treatment and her company Naturechild is dedicated to providing quality integrated education, emphasizing the balance between Safe Practice, Informed Choice and Supportive Care.

Acupuncture in Obstetrics- What does the future hold?

This introduction is to discuss the growing role that acupuncture can have in obstetric support care. We will look at the nuts and bolts of how much acupuncture can help throughout a normal pregnancy, childbirth and recovery. We will also discuss difficult pregnancies and births, as well as how important it is for practitioners who support IVF to need to understand the emotional difficulties and potential anomalies inherit in an IVF pregnancy, and the high risk factors that may affect the foetus or the pregnancy, as well as the high anxiety that can accompany an IVF pregnancy and childbirth.

We will look at the growing need for the type of care that TCM engenders, and discuss the importance of developing a strong integrated practice that combines both Chinese and Western care. Worldwide, Obstetrics is the most highly litigated aspect of western medicine, and across the western world there is an epidemic of unhappy birth experiences, and all the subsequent health and emotional issues that arise for those mothers and babies.

We will address the important role that Chinese medicine can have, within the context of an appropriate scope of practice, and we will ask what lies in the future and how we can step forward into this sphere of medicine, in safe practice, offering valuable supportive care.

The Alphabet of human body, the 22 letters of Hebraic Alphabet The knowledge doesn't belong to anybody, it isn't part of material goods, nobody possesses it, and it must be transmitted by whoever was lucky enough to receive it first. More you'll give, more you'll receive.

"The idea that the universe was created by the letters of the alphabet is a platitude of the Cabalistic doctrine" "The meaning of that concept is that the powers designated by the letters are the building forces of cosmos" (Paul Foster CASE : Le livre des signes et témoignages aux Ed. Among these forms, these scripts, the 22 letters of the hebraic alphabet are supposed to be at the beginning of creation. They are supposed to be from divine origin. It is thru them that Y.H.V.H. created all was, is and will be, as traditional texts say.

This is exactly what brought me to study these 22 symbols which are at the same time letters, numbers, sounds, colors, forces, energies, forms, moreover because if they are at the beginning of ALL was, is and will be, they are necessarily also at the beginning of the human body. This body which has been, according to the texts, modelled on the divine form, maybe has been so on the divine symbols. If these symbolic forms are "inside us", it is up to us to go to their research and to use them therapeutically.

A full explanation of the different techniques will be given in context with the local physiological effects concerned with aging such as wrinkles and other aging issues. Also, the constitutional benefits will be discussed from the main lecture. These techniques will then be demonstrated so that participants can see a differentiated treatment in progress with the focus on the base protocol and a likely first treatment.

The base treatment will then be practiced by the participants within a clinical setting. Learning outcomes will focus on: - Materials and methods used in the base protocol with guidance for different treatment scenarios.

Keren Sela M.Sc L.Ac ‫קרן סלע‬ Keren is a graduate of the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and has been in practice since 1999. Rani Ayal Dipl Ac. ‫רני אייל‬ Rani Ayal has been practicing and teaching Chinese Medicine for over twenty years. Initially trained in Japan in Shiatsu and Meridian style Acupuncture, he returned to Israel to complete his studies in TCM acupuncture and herbal therapy. Rani then continued his training in Classical Chinese Medicine: Five Elements and Stems and Branches, under Master Acupuncturist Joan Duveen who continues to be his mentor to this day.

Former head of Acupuncture at Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv and chairman of the Israeli TCM association, Rani maintains a full time clinic for adults and children, treating over 120 patients a week, and lectures frequently in Israel and abroad.

‫צ'י קונג משפחת צ'ן ‪“ -‬משיכת חוט מפקעת משי" (‪ )Chán sī gōng‬‬ ‫זהו סט של תרגילי “תנועה פנימיים" (‪ )neigong‬שבאים לידי ביטוי‬

‫בטאי צ'י צ'ואן מסורתי בסגנון צ'ן‪.‬‬ ‫השם נובע‪ ,‬מתנועת הפיתול של זחל תולעת המשי‪ ,‬כפי שהוא עוטף‬ ‫את עצמו בפקעת שלו‪ ,‬ושייך לעיקרון מטפורי של “תנועת ליפוף חוט‬ ‫משי בפקעת"‬ ‫ביצוע פעולת ליפוף החוט‪ ,‬חייבת להיות חלקה ורציפה ללא שינוי‬ ‫חד בכיוון‪ .‬תנועה מהירה מדי ופתאומית תקרע את החוטים‪ ,‬איטית‬ ‫מדי‪ ,‬תביא להדבקות ולסיבוך החוט‪ .‬לכן תנועת הליפוף חייבת להיות‬ ‫רציפה עם “מגע קל" כמו ציור קליגרפי‪.‬‬ ‫ליבת התנועה ממוקמת באזור שנקרא דאן טיין תחתון (“שדה סם‬ ‫החיים" או “שדה האנרגיה"‪ )Xia Dantian ,‬אותה תנועת ליפוף פנימית‬

‫של הדאן טיין יוצרת חיבור (‪ )Lian‬ותנועה אל החוץ לכיוון הגפיים‪,‬‬ ‫שגורם לתנועה מוגברת יותר של צ’י ו”כוח ספירלי” (‪ )jing‬בכל הגוף‪ .‬‬ ‫מקורות התרגול מגיעות מתקופת שושלת מינג (‪ )1644–1368‬עם‬ ‫התפתחות טאי צ’י צ’ואן סגנון צ’ן‪ ,‬בהשפעתו של הטקסט הקלאסי‬ ‫בשם ‪.)(Xingming guizhi (1615‬‬ ‫טקסט זה היא סינתזה של האלכימיה הפנימית‪ ,‬קונפוציוניזם‪,‬‬ ‫בודהיזם וטאואיזם‪ .‬כאשר הגישה העיקרית שלה היא עם נטייה יותר‬ ‫טאואיסטית‪.‬‬ ‫תוך כדי תרגול טאי צ’י צ’ואן סגנון צ’ן מדגישים‪ ,‬שכל התנועות‬ ‫מתחילות מאזור דאן טיין תחתון אל הגפה וחזרתו של הצ’י לדאן טיין‬ ‫בסיום התנועה‪.‬‬ ‫כיצד נוכל ליישם זאת הלכה למעשה?‬ ‫נתנסה בתרגילי צ’י קונג בסיסיים שיכולים להדגיש את התיאום בין‬ ‫תנועות הידיים‪ ,‬גוף‪ ,‬דאן טיין‪ ,‬ונשימה כל זה תוך כדי תנועה מעגלית‬ ‫מחזורית של יין ויאנג בגוף‪.‬‬ ‫אנו נתרגל מספר תרגילים בסיסים ‪:‬‬ ‫• סיבוב הצ’י בדאן טיין‪.‬‬ ‫• ‪“ - Zheng Mian Chan Si‬משיכת חוט” קדמי במצב סטטי‪.‬‬ ‫• ‪“ - Shuang Shou Can Si‬משיכת חוט” שתי ידיים‪.‬‬ ‫• ‪“ -Heng Kai Bu‬משיכת חוט” תוך כדי הליכה הצידה‪.‬‬

Michiko Nitobe ‫מיציקו ניטובה‬ Master Michiko Nitobe was born in Japan on 1951 She is practicing Chi Gong and Tai Chi over 40 years She was a Tai Chi student of Master Yang in China , and a Chi Gong student of professor Jiao Guo Rui also in China.

Michiko Nitobe open a Dojo (studio) in Tokyo, and over the years she teaches her group in Germany as well.

She is coming and teaching in Israel since 1972 - and since 1986 "Maga" School invite her almost every year to give seminar in Israel.

Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB) is a non-political, non-profit organization that provides acupuncture services to communities around the world impacted by natural disasters, violence and war. In the past year we are working on bringing the idea of AWB to Israel and this area that suffers from a lot of violance which acomened by Post Traumatic Syndrome. In April we are planning an Acupuncturists training in Neve Shalom, Israel. This course prepares acupuncturists to provide acupuncture treatment for psycho-physical trauma and stress in their communities. The program is a model for cooperative efforts between medical professionals to promote mutual understanding, co-existence and peace.

Diana Fried, M.Ac. M.A. (Film and Latin American Studies), Diplomat in Acupuncture (NCCAOM)- President of the Board and Founder of AWB Diana Fried is the President of the Board and Founder of AWB, which she started in 2005. She has worked in disasters and underserved communities doing community acupuncture healing in Louisiana, Haiti, Nepal, Mongolia, Ecuador and Mexico, and has supervised disaster relief work in multiple locations worldwide. Diana developed AWB's Healing Community Trauma training program and initiated the organization's Military Stress Recovery Project (MSRP) with the intention of helping heal the wounds of war. She also created AWB's World Healing Exchange Program. Diana graduated from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture (1999), is a certified Qigong instructor, and also completed the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association's training to become an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist.

Shina Ben David ‫שינה בן דוד‬ Chinese Medicine practitioner for 15 years, a graduate of Medi-cin College in Tel-Aviv, participated in training programs of Acupuncture and Chinese herbs in Beijing and Chengdu, specialized in Gynecology with Pro. Wu Yunin in Medi-cin College, studied Stems and Branches.

In addition Shina is a certified Qigong teacher, studied Qigong in Israel, China, France, England and Germany.

Shina teaches women special Qigong exercises for women which she learned from the Qigong Masters: Liu Ya Fei, Tina Chunna Zhang and Liu He. Shina is working in a private clinic, and teaches Qigong in the school of Ancient Chinese Medicine in Rehovot.

Ac.‬‬ ‫שחף ואליס‬ ‫בן ‪ ,40‬נשוי ואב לשלושה המתגורר בתל אביב‪ .‬לומד‪ ,‬עוסק ומטפל‬ ‫ברפואה סינית כ ‪ 15‬שנה‪ ,‬ומלמד מעל ‪ 10‬שנים רפואה סינית‪ .‬שחף‬ ‫החל את דרכו בלימודי שיאצו וטווינא‪ ,‬וכשגברה סקרנותו המשיך‬ ‫ללימודי רפואה סינית קלאסית באנגליה‪ ,‬במכללה הבינלאומית‬ ‫לרפואה אוריינטלית ‪ ICOM‬תחת הנחייתו של דר' ואן ביורן וכן מורים‬ ‫נוספים כגון ‪ ,Joan Duveen‬מאז חבר באגודה הבריטית לדיקור סיני‪.‬‬ ‫ב ‪ 2002‬חזר לארץ והחל ללמד רפואה סינית במקביל להמשך‬ ‫לימודים עם מרצים שונים מהארץ ומהעולם ובתחומים שונים‪ ,‬בניהם‬ ‫רפואה יפנית‪ .‬ב ‪ 2011‬החל ללמוד באמסטרדם אקופונקטורה יפנית‬ ‫מסורתית ‪ - Toyohari,‬ע"פ שיטת הטויהורי (‪Traditional Japanese‬‬ ‫‪ )Acupuncture‬תחת הנחייתם של ‪.Stephen Birch ,Junko Ida Sensei‬‬ ‫בקיץ ‪ 2013‬עבר סדרת סמינרים בברלין בנושא טיפול בבעיות‬ ‫אורטופדיות בשיטת הטויוהרי אצל מורים יפנים‪Akira Fukushima :‬‬ ‫‪ .sensi, Yutaka Shinoda-sensei, Hitoshi Imaujii sensei‬חבר ב ‪EBTA‬‬ ‫‪ .European Branch of Toyohari Assocition‬האיגוד האירופאי של‬ ‫מטפלי הטויוהרי‪ .‬ממקימי ומנהלי הקליניקה בלבונטין‪ -‬מרכז טיפולים‬ ‫רב תחומי‪ ,‬מטפל במרפאות פרטיות בת"א ובנס ציונה ובבית החולים‬ ‫השיקומי בתל השומר‪ .‬מרצה בבית הספר "מירב" לרפואה משלימה‬ ‫ובנוסף מעביר סמינרים בנושא אבחנות דופק‪.‬‬ ‫טיפול בשיטת טויוהרי בכאבי גב‬ ‫הטויוהרי הינה שיטת דיקור יפנית אשר התפתחה מתוך שיטות‬ ‫הדיקור המרידיאני היפני המסתמכות על אסכולת חמשת האלמנטים‪.‬‬ ‫שיטת הדיקור בטויוהרי שונה מאוד מכל שאר שיטות הדיקור‬ ‫הנהוגות‪ .‬לדוגמא‪ ‬קיימת שיטת דיקור ייחודית הנקראת “טכניקת‬ ‫המחט ללא החדרה"‪ ,‬שיטה זו פותחה ע"י מאסטרים יפנים עיוורים‪,‬‬ ‫ובה משתמשים במחטי כסף מיוחדות ללא החדרתן לתוך העור‬ ‫והגוף‪.‬‬ ‫בהרצאה זו נכיר מעט את דרכי ההסתכלות והטיפול הייחודיות של‬ ‫הטויוהרי לטיפול בגוף‪ ,‬ע"י חלוקת הטיפול ל"טיפולי שורש" ו"טיפולי‬ ‫ענף"‪ ‬ונראה כיצד מטפלי הטויוהרי משתמשים בטכניקות דיקור‬ ‫שונות‪ ,‬טכניקות מוקסה ומחטים מסוגים שונים‪ .‬נביט לדרך בה‬ ‫הטויוהרי מטפלת בבעיות אורטופדיות ובפרט בכאבי גב‪ .‬בנוסף‪ ,‬נכיר‬ ‫את הדרך הייחודית של הטויוהרי להשתמש בשמונת המרידיאנים‬ ‫המיוחדים על מנת לטפל בבעיות תנועה‪.‬‬

‫‪Adi Ziv Dip. Ac.‬‬ ‫עדי זיו‬ ‫חוקר ועובד בתחום הכאב והאורטופדיה היפנית והסינית כבר‬ ‫שנים רבות‪ .‬סיים את לימודי הרפואה הסינית והשיאצו בשנת ‪1997‬‬ ‫במכללה לרפואה משלימה בתל אביב והחל ללמד עוד בהיותו בשנה‬ ‫השלישית ללימודיו‪ .‬עדי למד ומטפל בשיטת הגזעים והענפים החל‬ ‫משנת ‪ .1999‬משנת ‪ 2000‬חוקר ומטפל בשיטת הסו‪-‬טאי היפנית‪.‬‬ ‫עדי הקים וייסד את מגמת השיאצו במכללת רידמן ולימד בה במשך‬ ‫שלוש שנים‪ .‬עדי היה בצוות ההקמה של האגודה לריפוי סיני מסורתי‬ ‫‪ IATCM‬וחבר בוועד המנהל של האגודה במשך שנתיים‪ .‬עדי היה‬ ‫במשך ‪ 12‬שנים מורה בבית הספר מזרח מערב ומהמורים שהקימו‬ ‫את בית הספר‪ ,‬הקים וניהל את מרפאת הכאב של בית הספר‪ .‬עדי‬ ‫היה בצוות הרפואי של מכבי תל אביב בכדורגל וטיפול בשחקנים‪.‬‬ ‫כיום יושב בצוות המייסד את התאחדות השיאצו החדשה בישראל‬ ‫‪ ISA‬ולוקח חלק נכבד בהתקדמות ההתאחדות לחיזוק ענף השיאצו‬ ‫בישראל‪ .‬עדי ייסד את "המרכז הישראלי לסו‪-‬טאי" בו הוא מלמד‬ ‫וחוקר את השיטה ומטרתו העיקרית כיום לקדם אותה בישראל דרך‬ ‫מוסדות שונים‪ ,‬ובקורסים שונים למטפלים מתחומים שונים ברפואה‬ ‫המשלימה‪.‬‬ ‫כאבי גב תחתון והטיפול בשיטת הסו‪-‬טאי ‪ ‬‬ ‫סו‪-‬טאי היא שיטת טיפול מנואלית המגיעה מיפן‪.‬‬ ‫את השיטה פיתח רופא בשם קייזו השיטמוטו‪ .‬שיטת הסו‪-‬טאי‬ ‫עובדת על ידי מערך גדול מאוד של תרגילים שפיתח ד״ר השימוטו‬ ‫דרך סינכרון מושלם של שתי מערכות גדולות מאוד בגוף האדם‪-‬‬ ‫מערכת ‪ ‬השריר‪-‬שלד עם מערכת הנשימה‪ .‬כשמטפלים במטופל‬ ‫בסו‪-‬טאי‪ ,‬בדגש על טיפול בשתי המערכות יחד‪ ,‬התוצאה מורגשות‬ ‫באופן מידי וברור‪ .‬שיטת הסו‪-‬טאי מעניקה פתרונות מהירים ונכונים‬ ‫ובעיקר מלמדת ומכוונת את המטופלים‪ .‬ד״ר השימוטו טוען ש"אדם‬ ‫נולד לנוע במרחב ללא כאב"‪ ,‬בשיטת הסו‪-‬טאי ישנם שני צירים‬ ‫חשובים שאותם חייבים לאזן ואלו הם ציר האגן וציר הכתפיים‪ .‬אדם‬ ‫מאוזן ובריא הוא אותו אדם ששני צירים אלו מאוזנים בגופו והוא זה‬ ‫שנע במרחב ללא כאב‪ .‬בהרצאה זו אתמקד במגוון בעיות גב תחתון‪ .‬‬ ‫ישנן סיבות רבות היוצרות מגוון בעיות בגב התחתון בגוף האדם‪,‬‬ ‫אך ככל שהסיבות הן רבות הדרך למנוע ולטפל בהן ברורות מאוד‬ ‫למטפל בסו‪-‬טאי‪ ,‬והאפשרויות לעזור ולתקנן הן רבות‪.‬‬ ‫נלמד לבדוק ולהבין כיצד נוצרות בעיות בגב התחתון ובעיקר איך ניתן‬ ‫לטפל בהן בשיטת הסו‪-‬טאי‪.‬‬

‫סדנאות אחר הצהריים‬ ‫מושב כלים אורטופדיים‪ -‬טיפול בבעיות גב תחתון‬ ‫‪Dani Bihari‬‬ ‫דני ביהרי‬ ‫מטפל ומרצה בשיאצו ורפואה סינית כ‪ 15-‬שנים עם נסיון בפרט‬ ‫בטיפול בבעיות אורטופדיות וכאב‪.‬‬ ‫לאחר סיום לימודי השיאצו בשנת ‪ 99‬ולימודי הרפואה הסינית בשנת‬ ‫‪ 03‬במכללת מדיסין השתלב בסגל ההוראה של המכללה‪ ,‬כמנהל‬ ‫מגמת השיאצו ומורה לאורטופדיה במסלול הרפואה הסינית‪ .‬‬ ‫כיום ממשיך להרצות במסגרות שונות על רפואה סינית ושיאצו‪.‬‬ ‫במהלך השנים התמחה בשיטות טיפול שונות ברפואה הסינית‪-‬‬ ‫חמשת האלמנטים אצל יאיר מימון‪ ,‬ד"ר טאן‪ JING LUO ,‬ומאסטר דונג‬ ‫אצל שון גודמן‪.‬‬ ‫מנסיונו הטיפולי‪ :‬הובלת צוות המעסים והמטפלים של קבוצת‬ ‫הכדורגל מכבי חיפה‪ ,‬מרפאת כאב בקופת חולים מאוחדת וקליניקה‬ ‫פרטית מאז שנת ‪ 98‬בחיפה‪.‬‬ ‫נשוי ומודה לסאלי ואב ליובל אלעד ועידן (מקור כוחי)‬ ‫מודל עבודה משולב דיקור‪-‬שיאצו בקליניקה האורטופדית‪ ,‬יתרונות‬ ‫חסרונות ועקרונות פעולה‬ ‫ההרצאה מסכמת עשור של שילוב בין שיאצו ודיקור בטיפול בבעיות‬ ‫כאב ואורטופדיה‪ .‬לאחר דיון ומסקנות תודגם שיטת דיקור ייחודית‬ ‫לטיפול בכאב‪.‬‬ ‫כחלק מתהליך ההכשרה של מטפלים ברפואה סינית בישראל‬ ‫רוכשים המטפלים ידע בשיטת טיפול במגע כגון טווינה‪ ,‬רפלקסולוגיה‬ ‫ושיאצו בנוסף להכשרתם כמדקרים‪.‬‬ ‫הרצאה זו תסקור‪ ,‬תברר ותדגים כיצד ניתן לשלב את הטיפול בדיקור‬ ‫ובמגע בטיפול אחד‪ ‬מכיוון שלחלק מהמטפלים חסר הניסיון והידע‬ ‫מהי הדרך הנכונה‪ ,‬היעילה והמוצלחת ביותר לשלב בין השניים‪.‬‬ ‫מתוך ההבנה מהי מהות הדיקור ומהי מהות הטיפול במגע נבין האם‬ ‫ראשית דוקרים או מטפלים במגע ולאחר מכן יורחב הדיון לגבי יעילות‬ ‫מישוש המרידיאן אל מול לקיחת הדופק בדרך המסורתית והעומק‬ ‫האיבחוני של השיאצו בפרט‪.‬‬ ‫בסיכום ההרצאה ידובר על יתרונות וחסרונות של המודל המשולב‪,‬‬ ‫גישות ושיטות טיפוליות והדגמה של שיטת דיקור לטיפול בכאב‬ ‫המשתלבת בצורה הנכונה ביותר עם הטיפול במגע‪ .‬‬

Michael studied chemistry and medicine. He started his consultant training at the Pediatric Department of the Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's, Canada; he worked in pediatric surgery. Michael is the proud father of four children.

Considered one of Europe's leading experts in the field of "mitochondrial medicine". For many years he has been working successfully on the combination of the "Bioenergetic approaches" of acupuncture and mitochondrial medicine, developed successful treatment approaches for various diseases in pediatrics. The main pillars of his holistic bioenergetic approach are: nutrition, mitotropic micronutrients, Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion and laser acupuncture. Michael did a lot of substantial research, was a speaker at international conferences in Europe and America, and did publications and organization of international congresses. He lectures on mitochondrial medicine and nutritional therapy at home and abroad since the 90s. Author of the laid in 10 runs the book: "CoEnzymQ10- key substance for a healthy life" and "Q10-The success story of a vital substance". Dr. Weber is a lecturer in TCM as part of the continuing education pediatric pain and palliative medicine at the children hospital Vestische Kinderklinik / University of Witten Herdecke. Since 1998, Dr. Weber treats independently as a specialist in Recklinghausen, since 2006 he is director of the Center for TCM, Mitochondrial and Preventive Medicine in Senden. He works on a holistic health program with nutritional advice and therapy, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine for humans and animals. Dr. Weber is head of the European TCM Laser Academy and speaker on LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy). Â

Treating Respiratory problems in children with acupuncture, Herbs & Laser Acupuncture In Europe and throughout the industrialized world the common cold is the most frequent infection in children.

Different studies report on up to 10 colds / upper respiratory infections (URI) per year in a preschool aged child. Acute and chronic respiratory problems are the major cause of absences from school. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a highly effective concept in acute and chronic conditions. URI usually correlates primarily to wind-cold invasion, whereas in chronic conditions it is of uttermost importance to identify the underlying pathology before starting treatment.

Julian Scott suggested: "There is a new generation of children rising whose mothers have done everything in their power to shield them from pain, they hope that their precious children will never have to experience pain. This makes life difficult for the acupuncturist, and it means that one has to look for new, pain free methods of treatment if one is to help this new generation. Laser treatment of acupuncture points is one such method, and it can be very effective".

Laser treatment of acupuncture points (Low Level Laser Therapy / LLLT) is based on the old traditions; however, it is not just replacement of metal needle by light needle. The LLLT does offer many additional benefits by the biostimulatory effects of laser light. Despite the well known effects of metal needle acupuncture the laser promotes micro- and macro circulation, reduces lymphatic blockage and enhances cellular energy by increasing ATP production. We will discuss how LLLT differs from metal needling or using moxa on points, and when to use one rather than another. We will show that lasers are extremely good indeed for the children with weak spleen qi.

The better the TCM diagnosis, the better the therapeutic effects will be. The LLLT should be part of a holistic concept: dietary advice, TCM herbs, tuina, moxa and acupuncture. Part of the talk will be devoted to practical aspects of laser acupuncture- dosage, safety, how to choose equipment.
