That’s why we created a football kit brand that would provide every team - no matter their size - with unique, creative and personal kits. No two shirts that we design are ever the same.

CREATIVE TRADITIONAL
We specialize in designing kits that are unique, personal and draw upon the long history of football kit design. If you have a specific vision in mind for a unique and creative kit, we can make it happen. If not, just let us know that you want a kit on the more creative side when corresponding with our design team, and we’ll ensure that your kit is one of a kind.
While we’re known for our more creative designs, we recognize that often the best fit for a club is a traditional design with a few personal touches. So don’t be put off if you’re looking for something simple—when working with Icarus, you will always have total control over how your club’s kit will look
YOUR OWN CLUB SHOP
We know how time-consuming and stressful it is to organize a kit order for your club. That’s why after you have placed an initial order with Icarus, we can create a dedicated Club Shop where friends, families and teammates can order previously manufactured products and custom teamwear on demand.
This service is free and the Club Shop can include all previously ordered kits and stock teamwear products.
Unlike most sportswear brands that change template designs every few years, Icarus will keep your kit designs on file forever. That means you will always be able to re-order previously made custom designs.
If you would like to create a Club Shop for a newly designed item that you have not ordered before, please enquire with your Icarus designer.
SHIPPING
Due to global tariffs recently brought in by the US government, the customs and shipping costs we incur when shipping to the US from our production partners abroad have increased significantly.
With that in mind, we have had to adjust our shipping costs to offset some of the increased costs we face when working with clubs in the US. For US customers, the shipping charge will be calculated at a rate of $3 per jersey (or shorts), added to a small base shipping fee depending on your state, ranging from $25 (East Coast) to $50 (West Coast).
That said, our prority is always to keep our services as affordable as possible, so we have sourced a more affordable shipping solution that allows us to reduce the costs we have to pass on to you, in exchange for a less expedited delivery time..
If you would like to reduce the tariff-induced costs to your club, we are able to offer 50% off this shipping charge if you’re willing to have your gear arrive an additional 1-2 weeks later than our usual 6 week lead time.
SIZING
Our sizing is true to size and we offer Men’s, Women’s and Youth cuts.

SOCKS
We offer socks with the Icarus logo in a range of colors. Fully custom socks are available for an additional $5 per kit.
Please note that sock colors may differ slightly from the jersey and shorts as they are made from a different fabric with fewer color options.
CRESTS & PRINTING
Unless otherwise specified, all logos, names, and numbers are printed directly onto the fabric via sublimation dye printing at no extra cost. Embroidered and heat-pressed logos are an additional fee. The Icarus logo will appear in the traditional brand position on all products.
Sublimated crests will scale with the size of the shirt by default. Embroidered and applique crests will stay the same dimensions across different shirt sizes. They will be 2.75 inches by default. If you would like your applique crests to be a different size, please let us know.
GOALKEEPER KITS
Goalkeeper jersey/kits cost the same as the cheapest outfield jersey/kit. They do not push an order into a different price bracket.
NAMES, NUMBERS & SPONSORS
Names, numbers and company sponsors can be added to jerseys and shorts at no additional cost.
RE-ORDERS
If you’ve already ordered a design before, you can re-order kits, jerseys, shorts & socks in volumes below the minimum order. Our regular volume pricing will apply if you order more.

CARE
Since we sublimate designs and personalization, the colors won’t fade and the material will last if cared for correctly. To ensure your apparel’s longevity, we recommend:
• Washing items in cool water without bleach/harsh chemicals
• Not washing whites and colours together
• Not dry cleaning or drying on high heat
Any items with embellishments (e.g. embroidery, vinyl names/ numbers) should be washed inside out and air-dried.
TAX
Currently, sales tax is only applied to orders from Pennsylvania. Subject to change.

Measurements in inches have been rounded to one decimal place. For more precise measurements, please note our measurements in centimeters.
Shirt measurements are for a standard crewneck jersey with regular sleeves. Jerseys with raglan sleeves and polo collars will differ slightly due to the way the shirts are cut, but they fit similarly.
Please note that the below chest measurements correspond to just the front of the chest rather than the entire circumference (as you may see elsewhere).

5 MINUTES
To begin, visit our website and click ‘Fill out a design form to start designing’ to fill out our short intake form. It's designed to let us learn more about your club and how you'd like your kit to look. It also lets you upload any necessary images like crests and sponsors.
You’re welcome to fill in this form in as much or as little detail as you’d like, but the more information we have, the quicker we’ll be able to create a set of designs that you really love.
After submitting our intake form, you will be directed to create an account on our Design Portal. This is an instant messenger account where you'll correspond with our design team directly and place your order.

RESEARCH & DESIGN
1-4 BUSINESS DAYS
After receiving your design form, the Icarus team will then conduct our own research into your club and begin work on your concepts. Within 4 business days, we’ll send you an initial set of concept designs based on your ideas.
If there’s a design that you love already, that’s brilliant. But equally, if you’re not into them, that’s no problem at all. You can request as many alterations to the designs that you’d like to see—or even a set of totally new designs—in up to 4 free design rounds
Please note that the design process may take longer depending on the number of requested edits. Edits generally takes 1-2 business days.

PRODUCTION
6 WEEKS (+/- 1 Week)
Once we’ve settled upon a set of designs that you love, all you have to do is send us a spreadsheet with your order information (i.e. sizes, names & numbers where relevant).
We’ll then send over your invoice and begin production as soon as we receive payment. You’ll receive email updates at the following points:
• Production begins
• Fabric is printed for cutting and sewing. You will receive a more accurate estimated shipping date soon after this point.

DELIVERY
2-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Your order will ship from our Philadelphia or London office depending on your location. Shipping costs vary by location and weight, but we cap our shipping charge at $100 for domestic US team orders.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any special delivery requests (e.g. signature upon delivery, overnight shipping), please contact help@icarusfc.com.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DESIGN WORK?
Design work is already included in our pricing. When working with an Icarus designer, you can request as many edits or alterations as you’d like in up to 4 free design rounds. A design round is considered to be a collection of edits requested and is noted in the top-left hand corner of your designs.
I ALREADY HAVE A KIT DESIGN. CAN I SEND IT TO ICARUS TO PRODUCE AND DOES THIS IMPACT THE PRICING?
Yes! If you already have a design, our design team can convert it into a print-ready format for production. As there is often still a large amount of design work required for this conversion, our standard pricing would apply. If you intend to send your own design to our design team, please make sure to use CMYK colors and vectorized files and patterns.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time from payment to dispatch is approximately 6 weeks (+/- 1 week). Orders with embroidery, applique crests and certain collar styles (e.g. polo, insert, and henley) can take up to 2 weeks longer.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
Our main warehouse is based in Philadelphia but we also have a regional office in London. Our manufacturing partners are based out of the United States, Turkey, China and Pakistan. All of our equipment is produced with TUV Rheinland verified suppliers and we have personally visited the factories so we can attest to their safe and ethical work environment.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT FABRIC COLORS MATCH THE COLORS IN THE 2D DESIGN RENDERINGS?
Matching fabric colors perfectly with the colors found on a digitally produced design is difficult as screens emit light whereas fabric absorbs light. This means that there will always be slight, barely noticeable variation. Producing a perfect color match between different fabrics (i.e. jerseys & socks) is also difficult as the dye will change the color of these fabrics in slightly different ways.
At Icarus, we use CMYK colors in our digital designs to minimize any variation between our designs and the final product. We then sublimate our apparel using the CMYK color codes as a guide and adopt a rigorous proofing process to ensure that the fabric colors match the designs as closely as possible.
As with all custom apparel, slight variation between the color of a digitally produced design and the final fabric is possible. If your job is extremely color sensitive, please speak with your Icarus representative.
