We also just completed our Level I Trauma reaccreditation survey with flying colors. We have such a great team of physicians and support professionals on the trauma team! See their new pic on pg. 10. It’s so rewarding to see you living our MISSION and I C A R E values. I hear you sharing what you will do to boost Research to a higher level: • We SPEAK UP when we see someone falling short of what’s expected • We LIVE OUR MISSION and values with every patient, every day • We SMILE, you are fully dressed when you are also wearing a smile • We SHARE: read e-mails, go to staff meetings and participate in Employee Town Hall meetings • We GREET patients and families, walking them to their destination when they are lost, talking in elevators and hallways • We ENCOURAGE feedback and take it as a GIFT that helps us engage the greatness of others
