Dear Research Family, As we’ve all seen in the news and are seeing here at Research, our region is experiencing a significant resurgence of COVID-19 positive patients. This coincides with increased summer activities and the reopening of businesses and public places. It’s more important than ever that each of us renew our commitment to staying safe everywhere we go, even in our personal lives. By wearing a mask and maintaining social distance when around others, we can make an impact. By now you are accustomed to following our strict, evolving CDC guidelines at work but adhering to less sophisticated safety measures when you are in the community supports the same objective: preventing exposure to the virus. Our commitment to the care and improvement of human life depends on our personal health and that of our family. It depends on us being present and able to perform our responsibilities. People are watching us and listening to us wherever we go, and this gives us the opportunity to promote public health practices that help prevent the spread of COVID-19: •
