The 2017 Employee Engagement will be open Monday, May 15 to Friday, June 9. Please plan now to take the survey. RMC’s goal is 100% employee participation and a 75% employee engagement score. See pg. 5 to review our accomplishments based on feedback from the 2016 survey, they are incredible! I’m thrilled to see how living our mission is making a difference in the lives of patients and families every day. Here’s a message we received recently: “Since being diagnosed with Stage IIIB pancreatic cancer June 2015, I have spent a LOT of time at Research. The doctors, nurses and staff have all been incredibly compassionate and supportive. Jaswinder Singh MD (oncologist), Joe Cates MD (surgeon), James Malezewski MD (internist), Thomas Sweeney MD (interventional radiology), the countless nurses including Cindy at the infusion clinic, the NPs at Sarah Cannon, Erin in outpatient surgery admitting all worked together to rip me from the jaws of death. So many dedicated professionals! They provided outstanding communication throughout the whole ordeal! Happy to say I’m now cancer free and moving on to survivorship thanks to them and the world class care they gave me <3.” Please take a moment to thank each other for the teamwork and commitment of our entire organization!

Sincerely, facebook.com/researchmedicalcenter
