The BPM Global 100 recognition will amplify the profound impacts and contributions of these leaders through our recognition program, while simultaneously elevating their growth through world-class leadership development. The BPM Global 100 Leadership program will not only elevate their professional journeys but also enhance their ability to innovate, collaborate, and drive positive change, creating a ripple effect of elevated leadership across communities and industries worldwide.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Elevate and amplify the voices of Black professionals by providing recognition and a dynamic coaching and leadership program. Through targeted mentorship, strategic collaboration, and the nurturing of a trusted community, we aim to enhance the leadership capabilities of the Global 100 Leading Black Professionals. We are dedicated to creating opportunities for growth, fostering resilience, and celebrating the diverse contributions of Black professionals, thereby enriching professional landscapes and achieving collective success.
DEVELOPMENT OUTLINE FOR BLACK PROFESSIONALS MONTH GLOBAL 100 LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE
This program is designed to enhance the impact and broaden the reach of the Global 100 Leading Black Professionals. The BPM Global 100 Leadership Collective fosters your growth as leaders via collaborative efforts within a trusted, supportive community. Through a series of workshops, coaching sessions, networking events, and leadership challenges, participants will gain insights, skills, and connections to elevate their leadership and impact their industries and communities positively.
OBJECTIVES
1. Enhance Leadership: Cultivate advanced leadership skills tailored to overcoming unique challenges faced by Black professionals.
2. Advance Collaboration: To encourage cross-industry partnerships and projects among participants.
3. Foster Community Building: To create a lifelong network of support, trust, and collaborative efforts among the Global 100 Leading Black Professionals.

PROGRAM PHASES
Month 1: Orientation and Assessment
• Introduction Session: Welcoming participants and outlining program objectives and structure.
• Individual Assessments: Understanding each participant's leadership style, strengths, challenges, and goals via DISC profile.
Month 2: PEER COACHING
• Mentorship Pairing: Matching participants with mentors from their field or the field they aspire to join.
• Peer Coaching Circles: Small groups providing mutual support, accountability, and feedback on personal and professional development goals.
Month 3: SKILL ENHANCEMENT
WORKSHOPS
• Leadership Workshops: Sessions on strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Industry Insight Panels: Sharing experiences and insights from leading Black professionals across various sectors.
• Personal Branding: Crafting and communicating personal brands that resonate with professional goals.
Month 4: COLLABORATIVE AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
• Networking Events: Opportunities to connect with a broader network of Black professionals, allies, and leaders in various industries.
• Community Outreach: Organizing community service projects, offering mentorship to young Black professionals outside the program.
Month 5: LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES
• Leadership Practicum: Survey participants for challenges to address.
Month 6: PROGRAM TRANSITION AND CONTINUATION
• Graduation Ceremony: Celebrating achievements and contributions of participants.
