The Wadi Safar area is located to the immediate west of the central portion of Wadi Hanifah - near the UNESCO heritage site of At-Turaif and occupies an area of 60.36 km². In addition to Wadi Sulay to the east, Wadi Hanifah is one of the key geographic features which has shaped the urban growth of Riyadh, due to the presence of escarpments and seasonal watercourses, providing a source for both agriculture and protection. DGDA is progressing the Wadi Safar development to expand upon and support their Diriyah Gate development.

The intent of this project is the development of a new Ultra Luxury Hotel with direct panoramic views of the 27-hole Greg Norman golf course and Wadi. The Hotels initial program proposes 130 hotel keys, three restaurants, a Spa offering, Public Areas, a Forum, a Theatre, a Fitness zone, Prayer Rooms & Executive Offices and will target guests seeking luxury leisure and relaxation experiences with a desert flavor. In addition to the Hotel, it is intended to include 20 branded residential villas within the same development. The Hotel site is located in the heart of Wadi Safar, on a hill, and is connected to Diriyah through the main road network. Currently vacant, the site occupies an area of 224,860 m2 and is positioned to offer interesting panoramic views of the golf course and valley in its surrounds

The intent of the Project concerns the design of a ADEK Public School located in Al Falah-Abu Dhabi, Design Scope from Concept to Tender Drawings. The school space planning brief is composed of the following targeted 2 Gender classrooms & facilities areas as per the school demands that consists and not limited to the following:

• 20 Kindergarten classrooms, Capacity, 500 students

• 40 Cycle 1 classrooms, Capacity 1200 students

• 24 Cycle 2, Capacity 720 students

• 32 Cycle 3 Classrooms, capacity 960 students.

The Project is located in NEOM Zone 14 - Community Area, it will be the first Police center in Neom to serve the community, Phase (1) will contain the Command center , server rooms and offices,

The project scope to validate the concept design and develop the project to produce the construction documents, finalize the details & the materials specification, produce all required shop drawings in coordination with sub contractor & suppliers

My role in this project:

Participating in Managing the Design Validation Process of Handover Packages from other consultancies & review the received packages against the SBC & Local Codes.

Participating in Redesign process, Material selection & Specifications and Provide Construction Details in coordination with Contractor, Sub- contractor & Suppliers.

A2Z ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY- Worked as an Architect, Design & BIM Coordinator and Team Leader

This project is located at Shurayrah Island as part of Red Sea Development in Saudi Arabia. The project involves construction of a hotel. Designed as part of the first phase of the Red Sea Project, it aims to be part of the world most ambitious tourism development. Developed by the Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), the project is one of two hotels on the island, the first planned by Kengo Kuma.

My role in this project:

Participating in Managing the Design Validation Process of Handover Packages from other consultancies & review the received packages against the SBC & Local Codes.

Participating in Redesign process, Material selection & Specifications and Provide Construction Details in coordination with Contractor, Sub- contractor & Suppliers

The Project is located in Dubai – UAE, Developed by SHOBA, The Villa designed to satisfy the owner requirements and needs & to meet the developer standards of providing a high quality, luxurious Residences, the scope of the project starting from Concept to DM Authority Submittals & Construction Documents.

My role in this project:

ISKAN ARCHITECTS: Worked as an Architect, Designer and Team Leader

Al-Khaleej Bank - One of the newest Banks established in Sudan- Organized one -stage design competition in collaboration with the Sudanese institute of architects to design a business complex which consists of the Headquarters of the Al-khaleej Bank, including the main branch, 5 stars hotel and hotel apartment facility in Khartoum - Sudan.

The project site is located on plot No 5, Block 7/D, Khartoum, Sudan, at the intersection of one of the main arteries of the city of Khartoum The site has a total area of 3,639 square meters

My contribution was as member of the design team through my working period at ISKAN, We Organized internal competition within the office to select a design concept to represent the office entry, the office selected my concept to be represented and developed as the office entry, and being one of finalists 3 entries and highest score at the Competition final submission

ISKAN ARCHITECTS: Worked as an Architect, Designer and Team Leader

The Project Located at Soba part of a big farm at the Blue water front, the client requested small one story vacation house with modern barn style & cape cod interior style.

The project scope was Design -Build, i worked as a project architect & team leader for the project during my working period at ISKAN. My responsibilities were to Manage construction projects from conceptual design phase to the completion of construction, lead teams of engineers, meet directly with the client to develop and execute the project according to schedule and budget

The Project was very challenging and Must be delivered on site in a very limited time, so we had to fast track every design process and decision making to achieve client satisfaction and deliver a high quality detailed product on site as fast as possible. MAIN

TEKNO CONSULTANCY: Worked as Junior Architect

SMC Khartoum is the regional hospital for the city of Khartoum, with 250 Beds Capacity. The hospital resembles the futuristic image of envisioned healthcare services in Sudan, in terms of components and facilitates; as well as architectural design. In addition to all relevant components that comprise a general hospital.

SMC Khartoum has a cancer center and medical school facilities, that contains two lecture halls of a capacity of 200 & 100 persons, seminar rooms, classrooms, a library, labs, mockup theatre & dining halls. To cater for patients outside the country, there is a 200 hotel rooms associated with the complex.

The new proposed design took into consideration the existing buildings structural condition & medical equipment’s weights relying on third parties accredited testing results and TEKNO’s structural engineers’ valuation.

My role in this project: Participating in the Design Process and Detailing, Material selection & Specifications and Provide Construction Details in coordination with Contractor, Sub- contractor & Suppliers. Working as part of the architectural BIM Team to Deliver the LOD300 - IFC (Issued for Construction) Documents.
