‫ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﰲ ﳏﻴﻂ ﺍﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺑﺸﺮﺍﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻗﻄﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺣﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ )ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ‪...(...،‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬ﺍﻟﻮﺳﻂ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻱ ﻟﻠﺘﻠﻤﻴﺬ ﻛﻤﺠﺎﻝ ﻟﻠﺪﻋﻢ‪:‬‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺘﻬﺪﻑ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳊﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﳉﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺳﻂ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻌﻴﺶ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻢ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ‬

‫ﻳﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺎﺋﻘﺎ ﺃﻣﺎﻣﻪ ﰲ ﲢﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺇﳚﺎﺑﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﳋﻄﻮﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ‪ :‬ﺭﺻﺪ ﻭﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺗﻌﺜﺮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻤﲔ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ‪ ،‬ﲟﻌﻨﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺳﻊ‪ ،‬ﻣﻘﺎﺭﻧﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻛﺎﺋﻦ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺘﺼﺤﻴﺤﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺺ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺭﻕ ﺍﳊﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻌﻴﺘﲔ‪ .‬ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟـﻤﻨﻄﻠﻖ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘﺘﻀﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺘﲔ‬ ‫ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻴﺘﲔ‪ :‬ﲢﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻮﺧﺎﺓ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﻤﻰ ﺑﺎﻹﻃﺎﺭ ﺍﻟـﻤﺮﺟﻌﻲ؛ ﻭﲢﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻳﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺗﻌﺜﺮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻤﲔ ﰲ ﳎﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﺍﳋﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﳌﻨﻬﺠﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ ﲢﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﱘ )ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻤﺎﺕ(؛‬ ‫ ﲢﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻮﺧﺎﺓ )ﺍﻹﻃﺎﺭ ﺍﻟـﻤﺮﺟﻌﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﻘﻮﱘ( ﻋﱪﲢﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﻗﻴﻖ ﻟﻠﻮﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺍﻟـﻤﻌﻨﻴﺔ؛‬ ‫ ﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺃﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻣﻼﺋﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﺿﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟـﻤﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﺳﺘﺠﻼﺅﻫﺎ؛‬ ‫ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺮﻳﺐ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻠﻲ ﻟﻸﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻭﺻﻴﺎﻏﺘﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺷﻜﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻲ؛‬ ‫ ﲨﻊ ﺍﻟـﻤﻌﻄﻴﺎﺕ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ؛‬ ‫ ﻣﺴﻚ ﺍﻟـﻤﻌﻄﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﲢﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳋﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟـﻤﻨﻬﺠﻴﺔ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻳﺔ ﻹﳒﺎﺯ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﻛﻴﻔﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻧﻮﻋﻪ ﻭﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻪ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻓﺈﻥ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻬﺎ ﻭﻃﺮﻕ ﺇﳒﺎﺯﻫﺎ ﲣﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﺭﺑﺔ ﺇﱃ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ‪.‬‬
