‫ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺭﺳﻴﺔ‬ ‫ ‬

‫‪ !"#‬‬ ‫‪ 4 9:; 4 !"#‬‬ ‫‪‰ìÄä½a‬‬ ‫ﻳﻘﺘﺮﺡ ﺍﻟـﻤﻴﺜﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﲏ ﻭﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﻭﺗﲑﺓ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺑﻠﻮﺭﺓ ﺗﺼﻮﺭ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻟﻠﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟـﻤﺤﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﺳﻴﻮ ﺛﻘﺎﰲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻱ‪ .‬ﻭﻳ‪‬ﻌﺘﱪ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻮﺭ ﺍﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺭﺍﻓﺪﺍ ﻳﺰﺧﺮ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻟـﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ ﻭﺑﺎﳋﱪﺍﺕ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﻭﺑﺎﻟﻄﺎﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﳊﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻗﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﳔﺮﺍﻁ ﰲ ﺍﳊﻴﺎﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟـﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻓﺎﻋﻠﺔ ﻭﻣﺴﺎﳘﺔ ﰲ ﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟـﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﺼﺒﺢ ﺍﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﻓﻖ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟـﻤﻨﻈﻮﺭ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﱃ ﻛﻮ‪‬ﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻬﺪﻓﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﺍﳋﺎﺭﺟﻲ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻣﺼﺪﺭ ﺧﱪﺓ ﻭﺩﻋﻢ ﻭﻣﺆﺍﺯﺭﺓ ﻟـﻤﺤﻴﻄﻬﺎ ﻋﱪ ﳎﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﻘﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﺩﻋﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﻟـﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﻣﻌﻮﺯﻳﻦ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺫﻭﻱ ﺣﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‪ ...‬ﻭ‪‬ﺬﺍ ﺗﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﺜﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﱵ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﺘﱪﻫﺎ ﻏﲑ ﻗﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﺳﺪﺍﺀ ﺍﳋﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻟـﻤﺤﻴﻄﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﺃﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻀﺎﻣﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻓﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴﺎﻣﺢ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﻞ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻳﻬﺪﻑ‬ ‫ﺇﱃ ﺗﻮﺛﻴﻖ ﻋﺮﻯ ﺍﻟـﻤﺤﺒﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺧﺎﺀ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻤﲔ ﻭﺑﻘﻴﺔ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟـﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﱃ ﺗﻨﺸﺌﺘﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻀﺎﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻐﲑ ﰲ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﻟـﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﱃ ﺇﺫﻛﺎﺀ ﺭﻭﺡ ﺍﻟـﻤﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻀﺎﻣﻦ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﺃﻧﺸﻄﺔ‬ ‫‪‬ﺪﻑ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺇﱃ ﺟﻌﻞ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻤﲔ ﳛﻴﺪﻭﻥ ﻋﻦ ﺩﺍﺋﺮﺓ ﺍﻷﻧﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﱃ ﺇﺩﻣﺎﺟﻬﻢ ﺗﺪﺭﳚﻴﺎ ﰲ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺀ‪ .‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻜﺘﺴﻲ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﺗﺮﺑﻮﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﺩﺍﻋﻤﺔ ﻭﻣﻜﻤﻠﺔ ﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠـﻢ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺮﺳﻴﺦ ﳎﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻴﻠﺔ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟـﻤﺘﻌﻠﻢ‪.‬‬
