Whether it is for a wedding, a child’s birthday or a company event - Bárbara can conjure up in her cake tins anything the customer desires. For instance, she has just baked a cake in the shape of a table and coloured it so she can put ‘sweet’ sushi on top. With her cake-making skills she has already produced a Blue Marlin lounger, a smart Chanel handbag, an IB3 outside broadcast van and the Ibiza Style logo. “This is my latest challenge,” says Bárbara proudly, holding up a freshly baked yacht. “It took me four hours to sculpt the silhouette of the yacht. Now it just needs to be iced and decorated and then I can put it in the sea.” n

elaboró para un evento del restaurante km5. Con mucho tacto y una buena porción de paciencia, fue dando forma a las miles de delicadas flores que componen el logotipo del restaurante. El cliente puede elegir la forma, el sabor, el tamaño y el color de la tarta. Bárbara elabora en sus moldes para pasteles cualquier deseo que tengan sus clientes, ya sea para bodas, cumpleaños infantiles o eventos corporativos. Así, ya ha conseguido hornear una mesita que pintó y decoró con sushi dulce. Gracias a su habilidad artística también ha moldeado una tumbona del Blue Marlin, un elegante bolso de Chanel, una unidad móvil de IB3 y el logotipo de Ibiza Style. «Este es mi próximo desafío –dice Bárbara orgullosa levantando un yate recién horneado– necesité cuatro horas para modelar la silueta del yate. Ahora solo le falta el baño y la decoración para poder hacerse a la mar». n
Ein wahres Meisterwerk repräsentiert auch die Torte, die sie für ein Event des Restaurants km5 anfertigte. Mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl und einer guten Portion Geduld formte sie tausende filigraner Blüten, aus denen sich das Restaurant Logo zusammensetzt. Der Kunde kann Form, Geschmack, Größe und Farbe der Torte selbst auswählen. Ob für Hochzeiten, Kindergeburtstage oder Firmenevents - Bárbara gießt alle Kundenwünsche in ihre Kuchenform. So hat sie bereits ein Tischchen gebacken, das sie anmalte, um darauf zuckersüßes Sushi zu drapieren. Auch eine Blue Marlin Loungeliege, eine edle Chaneltasche, einen IB3 Übertragungswagen und das Ibiza Style Logo gibt es dank ihres künstlerischen Geschicks in Kuchenform. „Dies ist meine nächste Herausforderung“, sagt Bárbara stolz und hält eine frischgebackene Yacht in die Höhe, „vier Stunden habe ich gebraucht, um die Silhouette der Yacht zu modellieren. Nun fehlen nur noch Guss und Verzierung, dann kann sie in See stechen. n
