pril saw the opening of El Gourmet de Castillo in Jesús. This new delicatessen is the business project of María Prats and José Castillo, and will be run by their son José and his sister Desireé. It is located just opposite the church at the top end of Cap Martinet Avenue. Around 700 people attended the launch and were welcomed with food prepared in-house, a perfect opportunity for the shop to introduce its appetising range of products. Amongst those present were prominent guests such as the mayor of Santa Eulària, Vicent Marí, music manager Pino Sagliocco, artist Mario Arlati and photographer Javier Pla. The occasion was further enlivened by the presence of Miguel Ángel Abril, a professional ham slicer who bears the title 'Cuchillo de Oro' (golden knife). He was accompanied by Santiago Moreno, representing the Iberian 'bellotas' ham Tierra Jamón, which carries the indication of origin 'de Teruel' and will be marketed exclusively by El Gourmet

l pasado mes de abril abrió sus puertas El Gourmet de Castillo, una nueva tienda de artículos delicatessen de alimentación creado por María Prats y José Castillo que regenta su hijo José y su hermana Desireé. El nuevo comercio se encuentra situado en Jesús – al principio de la avenida Cap Martinet, enfrente de la parte posterior de la iglesia de la localidad. A la inauguración acudieron alrededor de 700 personas, que dieron buena cuenta del catering de bienvenida preparado por la casa, que presentó sus productos de este modo tan apetitoso ante todos los que se acercaron al establecimiento. Entre los presentes, se encontraban personalidades como el alcalde de Santa Eulària, Vicent Marí, el promotor musical Pino Sagliocco, el pintor Mario Arlati o el fotógrafo Javier Pla. Por su parte, Miguel Ángel Abril, cortador de jamón que ostenta el título de Cuchillo de Oro, acudió a la cita junto a Santiago Moreno, representante del jamón ibérico

m April haben sich die Pforten von „El Gourmet de Castillo“ geöffnet, eines neuen Delikatessengeschäfts, das von María Prats und José Castillo gegründet wurde. Verwaltet wird es von ihrem Sohn José und seiner Schwester Desireé. Das neue Unternehmen befindet sich in Jesús – am Anfang der Avenida Cap Martinet, gegenüber der Kirche. An der Eröffnung nahmen etwa 700 Personen teil, die mit einem Catering des Hauses begrüßt wurden, mit dem es auf appetitliche Art seine Angebote vorstellte. Unter den Anwesenden befanden sich Persönlichkeiten wie der Bürgermeister von Santa Eulària, Vicent Marí, der Musik-Manager Pino Sagliocco, der Maler Mario Arlati und der Fotograf Javier Pla. Es gab sich auch Miguel Ángel Abril die Ehre, ein „Schinkenschneider“, der den Titel „Cuchillo de Oro“ („Goldenes Messer“) trägt.
