his is the objective of a new complex for the elderly. The 9,000m² building is located on a generous 17,000m² plot, 3.5km out along the Santa Eulalia road near to the village of Jesús. There will be a total of 90 residential beds and 24 apartments. The complex will be equipped and furnished in line with the latest technical specifications. Indeed, in this regard it will be one of the most advanced centres of its kind in the whole country. Que cuenta con un total de 90 plazas residenciales y 24 apartamentos. Las instalaciones del complejo cuentan con los últimos avances tecnológicos que lo convierten en unos de los centros mas avanzados a nivel nacional en el campo de la domotica. Entre estas aplicaciones tenemos que resaltar el sistema de apertura de puertas a traves de la lectura de la huella dactilar del usuario, la existencia de pulsadores de emergencia en las habitaciones o las mas de 40 cámaras de seguridad que están en el interior y exterior

Das Gebäude mit einer Fläche von 9.000 m2 befindet sich auf einem 17.000 m² großen Gelände, das sich 3,5 KM in Richtung Santa Eulalia befindet (gleich neben dem Ort Jesús). Insgesamt verfügt es über 90 Residenzplätze und 24 Apartments. Die Einrichtungen in diesem Komplex entsprechen dem neuesten technischen Stand. Technisch gesehen ist es damit eines der fortschrittlichsten Zentren auf nationalem Niveau. Besonders hervorzuheben ist darunter das Türöffnungssystem, das durch das Einlesen des Fingerabdrucks der Bewohner funktioniert.
