MA Girls in the Trades Conference

Bottom Right: Signatory contractor Lantel Communications, Inc. hosted a booth at the MAGIT conference. Local 103 was proud to once again host at our union hall the Massachusetts Girls in the Trades (MAGIT) annual conference! Hundreds of middle and high school girls from across Massachusetts took advantage of the opportunity to meet with representatives from local building trades unions and learn about the amazing career opportunities available in the industry.

Students networked, heard from a range of industry speakers, and left with lots of free information and gifts in addition to a potentially life changing experience. Local 103 is proud to partner with such an innovative and impactful organization to welcome more women into our union and all the union building trades.
