Create and process fault notifications. Process Checks (planned maintenance measures). Select assets via the object structure. Create requirement requests.
DIVA™ GO Fault notifications (unplanned maintenance measures) This menu item displays all created and interrupted fault notifications in real time for further processing. New fault notifications can be easliy created via the - Icon.
DIVA™ GO Creation of fault notifications Entering a order type and a damage pattern a fault notification can be created and allocated to the right team or operator in real time.
Enhance the quality of each fault notification by adding photo, video and audio files.
DIVA™ GO Processing a fault notification Processing a fault notification, damage reasons and necessary measures will be recorded for later analyses. Hours of work and needed spare parts will be posted automatically to the right cost center.
DIVA™ GO Checks (planned maintenance measures) This menu item displays all planned maintenance orders in real time for later processing. Easy reporting of check results due to logical multiple choice icons.
DIVA™ GO Object structure With this feature, each node of the object structure can be addressed in order to display all open maintenance work orders (planned as well as unplanned orders). Select a work order and start processing it. This way fault notifications can also be created directly at the asset.
DIVA™ GO Requirement requests If you recognize a spare part with low inventory, you are able to create a requirement request via barcode scan. Synchronizing the mobile device these requirement requests can be processed to the purchasing department via interface.
