‫‏‫‬ ‫تأسيس رابطة دولية‬ ‫لتوحيد العمل وتكامل جهود المؤسسات واألفراد‬ ‫العاملين في مجال حقوق اإلنسان‬‬ ‫فقد شاركت كوكبة من أعالم العمل الحقوقي من الوطن العربي واإلسالمي وهي‪:‬‬ ‫ المرصد الكويتي لحقوق اإلنسان (الكويت)‬‫ المركز األحوازي لحقوق اإلنسان (األحواز)‬‫ منظمة الكرامة (سويسرا)‬‫ منظمة الكرامة للحقوق والحريات (اليمن)‬‫ منظمة ضمير للحقوق والحريات (اليمن)‬‫ مرصد الحقوق والحريات (تونس)‬‫ براءة لحقوق اإلنسان (مصر)‬‫ مؤسسة نجدة لحقوق اإلنسان (مصر)‬‫ المركز الليبي للحريات والتنمية ( ليبيا)‬‫ منظمة السبيل (ليبيا)‬‫ المنظمة الحقوقية السودانية (السودان)‬‫ الراصد لرصد االنتهاكات (المغرب)‬‫ المنتدى المغربي من أجل الحقيقة واإلنصاف (المغرب)‬‫(عمان)‬ ‫ المرصد العماني لحقوق اإلنسان ُ‬‫ منظمة البحرين لحقوق اإلنسان (البحرين)‬‫‪ -‬مؤسسة القوقاز الحقوقية (القوقاز)‬

‫وكان جــدول األعمــال المقــرر للمجتمعيــن علــى مــدار يوميــن‪ ،‬تضمــن مناقشــة النظــام‬

‫األساســي واعتمــاده للمؤسســة المزمــع تأسيســها‪ ،‬مــن أهداف ووســائل والشــكل الهيكلي‬

‫والقانونــي للمؤسســة‪ ،‬وتــم اختيــار اســم‬

‫(الرابطة العالمية للحقوق والحريات)‬ ‫للمؤسســة ومقرهــا سويســرا‪ ،‬كمــا تخلــل جــدول األعمــال محاضــرات ودورات حقوقيــة‬

‫حــول أهميــة العمــل المؤسســي وآلياته الســليمة المتبعــة في الهيئــات الحقوقيــة الدولية‪.‬‬ ‫وتــم انتخــاب مجلــس إدارة الرابطــة المكــون مــن تســعة أعضــاء حســب مــا نــص عليــه‬

‫النظــام األساســي‪.‬‬

‫كمــا عقــد مجلــس إدارة الرابطــة العالميــة للحقــوق والحريــات مؤتمــرا ً صحفي ـاً حضرتــه‬

‫وســائل إعــام محليــة كويتيــة ودوليــة إلشــهار عــن تأســيس هــذا الصــرح الحقوقــي‬

‫العربــي واإلســامي‪.‬‬

‫ويأتــي هــدف هــذه الرابطــة فــي ترســيخ العمــل وتوحيــد الجهــد للعامليــن فــي مجــال‬

‫حقــوق اإلنســان مــن مؤسســات وأفــراد‪ ،‬لالرتقــاء باإلنســان فــي عالمنــا العربــي واإلســامي‪،‬‬ ‫مــن خــال البرامــج والــدورات وتبــادل الخبــرات بيــن أعضائهــا ومنتســبيها للوصــول إلــى‬

‫هدفيهــا األســمى (العدالــة والكرامــة) للبشــر‪.‬‬

The agenda for folk was two-days discussion of the Statute , the adoption of the institution to be established, the goals , the means , structural and legal shape of institution, the name of (the International Association of Rights and Freedoms) was chosen for the Foundation, based in Switzerland, also included the agenda lectures and rights courses on the importance about institutional work and its right mechanisms followed in international human rights associations.

The administrative Board of the Association, consisting of nine members, was elected according to what was stated by the statute.

The administrative Board of the Association of Rights and Freedoms also held press conference attended by local and international Kuwaiti media for the declaration of the establishment of the human rights , Arab and Islamic edifice The goal of this association is the consolidation of work and unity of effort for workers in the field of human rights organizations and individuals, to improve the human beings in the Arab and Muslim world through programs and courses and the exchange of experiences among its members and affiliates to reach its nominal targets (justice and dignity) to humans.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE UNIFICATION AND INTEGRATION OF EFFORTS AND WORK IN KUWAIT A constellation of persons of human rights work of Arab and Islamic world, they are: - Kuwaiti Observatory for Human Rights (Kuwait) - Center of Ahwaz Human Rights (Ahwaz) - Dignity Organization (Switzerland) - Dignity Organization of Rights and Freedoms (Yemen) - conscience of Rights and Freedoms (Yemen) - Rights and Freedoms Observatory (Tunisia) - patent for Human Rights (Egypt) - Al Nagda Foundation for Human Rights (Egypt) - Libyan Center for Liberties and Development (Libya) - Al Sabeel Organization (Libya) - Sudanese human rights organization (Sudan) - Monitor to monitor violations (Morocco) - Moroccan Forum for Truth and Justice (Morocco) - Omani Observatory for Human Rights (Oman) - Organization of Bahrain Human Rights (Bahrain) - Al Kokas human rights institution (Kokas)
