Success for the Ellesmere Rifle Association’s smallbore target shooting team.

West Melton School students have used their regular Jump Jam session to raise money for StarJam, an organisation which supports children with disabilities to be active through music and performance. In exchange for a gold coin donation, the students received a wristband to help raise money for young New Zealanders with disabilities and students were encouraged to dress up in mufti with a Star theme. The students raised $448 for StarJam through their efforts. Pictured are the senior students who lead the school’s Jump Jam, from left: Mackenzie, Eva, Bella, Jayda and Alessandra.
