GETTING STARTED

GETTING STARTED WITH CONASYS The following section outlines our client on boarding procedures:

Step 1: Establish Your Delivery Schedule A Client Services Representative (CSR) will contact you immediately upon enrolling to provide an overview of the delivery process and confirm your delivery schedule. Your CSR will assist you during the design process, and support you after delivery.

Step 2: Provide Your Project Information Supply your project information such as the trade list, color scheme options, upgrade options, interior design specifications, floor plans, occupancy dates etc. We accept documentation in any format, or use one of our Excel templates.

Step 3: Choose Your Homeowner Guide Cover & Content Design your homeowner guide from our many templates or create your own! We have 8 covers to choose from and an assortment of content documents. You can also create your own cover and/or supply your existing homeowner manual content.

Step 4: Review & Approve Your Homeowner Guides We won’t print your homeowner guides until you are satisfied with all the content. CONASYS provides a PDF copy of the homeowner guide cover & content for your approval, as well as access to the product information before it’s published to your homeowners. You can make changes, or go straight to print!

Step 5: Install the Online Access Labels & Issue the Homeowner Guides Affix each home-specific Online Access Label to a safe place in the home, such as the electrical panel, to ensure the original and subsequent owners can access the online Homeowner Portal. Issue the home-specific Guide to each owner when it has the most impact, like at turn-over or during your walk though.
