Intimacy with God is the only answer, the first project to achieve and the first plan to respect because succeeding is to know that at every moment, our body, our soul and our spirit are in accordance with the will of God, the Creator. He created us, every human being, as much as we are for a specific purpose and with particular talents to accomplish a plan with specifics tasks and with precise people. What we do on earth with our physical body as well as with our mind, determines the type of relationship we have with our creator. The ultimate question one should be asking himself internally is « am I doing the right thing - At the right time - At the right place - Using the right methode - In the right manner - With the right people - For the right people »

The athlete is a person who does exercise (sport) with high frequency and intensity to excel in a discipline. Its main motivation is the competition, either to go beyond his own limits or to be in comparison with others. He is thus in perpetual competition up to a certain age that is a limit for certain sports. He leads off thereafter towards a professional reorientation, most of the time towards entrepreneurship or politics. By developing his potentials, he unconsciously develops capacities and leadership potential that allow him to make a successful conversion and to integrate into society.

Talent and Endowment

It is important to distinguish between a talent and an endowment (special gift).

A talent is a skill and ability given by The Creator to allow the human being to find his place and function in the universe. It can be use in any domain. An

endowment is a remarkable ability in a specific field, for example musical, artistic or literary field. The difference between talent and endowment is

that endowment cannot be developped but talent can be. Every human being was created with 34 main talents and the possibility to develop them in 34 potentials, then in extraordinary capacities and endowments in parallel; and to put them at the service of the universe, of others and at the end, of the person who possesses them. The way we use them defines our personality. « Let each of you use for the wellbeing of others the special endowment he has received from God. You will thus be good administrators of manifold divine endowments » 1 Peter 4:10

Success and Failure

To have success is to have peace of heart at every moment and to know with certainty where our soul will go at the end of our life and that, no matter our professional situation. If success depended on the bank statement, no billionaires would die by committing suicide! There is something else linked to the state of our heart, that is

to the state of our soul. We are constantly supposed to ask ourselves the following questions : if my life were to end now, will I proudly present my life’s journey to my Creator. If yes, will He be proud too ? Did I fulfill all the conditions to be worthy of any reward after that? If we become sad by answering these questions that means there is a problem in our lifestyle and we are to harness to correct it immediately. It is of no use for a man to gain the whole world, if he loses his own soul. Success cannot evaluated at the number of units of financial value that one possesses, nor the quantity of conquests, not even by our physical appearance. We can own all these things and when we are alone with ourselves, we feel an unspeakable emptiness and sadness. It is called «Failure», a lamentable failure of life. « What use would it be for a man to gain the whole world, if it is at the price of his life? What could he give to redeem his life? » Matthew 16:26

Leadership

We observe a trend that certain human beings have to follow and copy the deeds and lifestyles of others by considering them as leaders. This is a form of worship, and idolatry. One can have examples but only to motivate us to work hard and to flee from laziness in order to accomplish adequately the goals, which have been assigned to us. Following a human being will only lead to the loss of our own identity, of our own character, of our personality, of our direction and thus of our own leadership. This leads to the ruin of our soul. Leadership is measured by the degree to which a person struggles to highlight his or her own ideas. If we lose our leadership, we lose the true meaning that we should give to our lives. « Stop counting on man, his life only holds to a breath. What value to recognize to him? » Isaiah 2:22

Achievement of the destiny and purpose redefinition The goal determines the method to use and imposes the discipline necessary for its realization. It must be in harmony with its own destiny. It is the choice of discipline and indiscipline.

The goal must be : • Clear • Specific • Measurable • Have a deadline to be accomplished • Be subdivided into objectives • Be divided into tasks • Have a method of achievement. Once the goal is determined, you must ensure that all the talents that are necessary to accomplish it have been identified. Once the talents are identified, one must develop them and enhance his potentials. After identifying the needs of the ecosystem in which we live, that of others and ours, we are supposed to use them in the service of this ecosystem, of others, then oneself.

Talents must be used : • to do the right thing • for the right reason • at the right time • at the right place • with the right method • in the right way • with the right people (working team) • for the right people (target people)

ONCE THE GOAL IS DETERMINED, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT ALL THE TALENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH IT HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.

When we are (in at least one of these following cases) : • at the wrong place • doing the wrong thing • doing the right thing but in the wrong manner • doing the right thing but in the wrong time • doing the right thing at the right time, in the right way but for the wrong motif We become an obstacle for the universe, to others and to oneself. Once we leave aside our talents and covet that of others, the only results obtained will be personal frustration and that of others and disorder in the global functioning of the universe. There will be less passion and less perfection and above all, it will create emptiness.

They are so important that working without them is a crime for society and that is why there are many professional reconversions, embittered people at work while their situations are envied by others or as much rotations in companies. Consequently, there are some who waste half of their lives looking for something to do and they seem unable to reach a decision. If the ear said, « I do not want to work at this place, but rather at the level of the mouth or the heel », the body would be manifestly handicapped and disabled. This will cause deafness, inability to speak or to stand up straight. eader is not fundamentally better than a manager or a manager than a leader. They are both indispensable to the efficiency of the company. While the leaders train and motivate the teams working for realization of their visions, managers organize the activity at the operational level. If a manager can perfectly be a leader within his team, one can be a manager without being a leader, and one can be a leader without being a manager. 4 golden rules to follow during a fundraising Entrepreneurs lose a lot of time, energy and opportunities in the fundraising. What you should know is that a Business Angel can invest in a project still at initiating phase, but a Venture Capitalist (VC) needs that the project should be at least in take-off phase. It is a Venture Capitalist who, contrary to popular belief, selects projects with less risk. It operates according to its own rules, never precisely defined. To survive in the game of financing, startups should learn some rules and avoid mistakes.

rule n°1 Choose the appropriate public Depending on the phase of your project, the public is able to fund your varied project. The phases are : • Formulating your idea into concept • The validation of this concept by testing and market research • The priming phase • The takeoff phase • The development of the product or service • The transmission During formulation of the idea and concept validation, you should contact Love Money and use your own capital. At the initial phase, you will have more chance to

convince a Business Angel. You perfectly describe your project and the predictive importance; you believe in its evolution. As from the takeoff phase, the appropriate public is VCs for they need arguments and elements of evidence and not descriptive elements of your project. After a speech that enabled you to get an appointment, present your business model with the least sensitive information. Moreover, after haven attracted investors, you can explain all the details of your project. Some VCs will sign an NDA (NonDilutive Agreement), but only after they have made their decision to invest, and after much appointments and negotiations.

rule n°3 No long pages, be brief Funds of Venture Capital receive hundreds of business plans each week. Therefore, you need a little more, a difference that will push them to look at your file. You should therefore never present a complete business plan but give the anxiety to see and know more rather than giving them what will make them believe in your project. So, keep it short, make a presentation synthesized in 3 pages’ maximum. They usually are already quite skeptical when it comes to financing projects, if they have a 56

product that is not tested, a market that is not wellknown, uncertain business model, questionable strategic value and team project still not mature. Do not give them another reason to evaluate the potential of your project aggressively and offer you an entry in your capital with a lower valorization. rule n°4 Keep in touch and continue your research Do not rely on VCs to remind you after an appointment; it is up to you to do so. The trick is to stay in touch with them and to

«harass» them as a parasite to get a return on your file. And most importantly, it is not because the appointment seemed correct and that you had a verbal promise, so not officially recorded, that you will neglect other funding opportunities for your fundraiser. «Yes» is officially recorded if the Term Sheet was negotiated with acceptable due diligence, initialed and signed by lawyer of the VCs.
