The Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) and the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) have teamed up to present the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) implementation Summit at the prestigious Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in downtown Sacramento. This annual event has been revamped with a new format that maximizes information exchange, networking, and collaboration. Also included is an optional full day Law and Legislative Symposium that has been combined into SGMA to bring you more robust information, deeper local connections, and the ability to connect with local government. This event will bring together a diverse group of attendees that will include regulators, water agencies and Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSA) management and staff, consultants, legislative representatives, and attorneys. Being part of this event will provide tremendous exposure and connection to the groundwater community in California. DEADLINES AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Please note that a brief company description and your logo must be submitted in an eps or ai vector format by May 5th in order to be included in on-site printed materials. If you do not have access to a vector version of your logo, a transparent PNG or PDF is best. If a high-resolution logo cannot be provided, please know that GRA is not responsible for poor logo quality on printer digital materials.
HydroVisions ads are due on June 6th.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event, a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee will be provided. Cancellation 15 days before an event, a 50% refund minus a 25% administrative fee will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of an event or after the event.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE:
Exhibitors may set up as early as 7am on May 27th.
It is encouraged to keep the booths throughout the evening reception, but booth breakdown may begin after the final break on the 8th. (Approximately 4pm)
