Business Continuity Policy
Purpose and scope
This policy describes Hydrock's responsibility towards business continuity and our intention to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that sufficient resources are put in place so that all Hydrock's critical activities are continued and that we maintain our high standard of service. In the case of a high impact incident it is essential that all critical activities are resumed quickly and in line with Hydrock's business continuity plan.
Policy objectives
This policy is underpinned by:
» Promotion of business community awareness amongst managers, employees, suppliers and subcontractors.
» Improving awareness amongst employees, customers and our supply chain, of their responsibilities towards business continuity.
» Ensuring sufficient financial and management commitment to ensure adequate resource (people, time, money and assets) are available to deliver our business continuity commitment.
» Setting, maintaining and monitoring business continuity objectives.
» Identifying all significant risks and impacts to Hydrock's business operations and putting in place measures to minimise them to an acceptable level.
» Reviewing and testing all relevant policies and procedures on a biannual basis to ensure continued improvement and suitability at a company and local office level.
» Complying with current and future industry best practice to improve our business continuity plans systematically.
This policy and associated documentation will be implemented, maintained and communicated to all employees and be available to all interested parties when requested. In addition, the Company will also ensure that a copy of this policy is provided to all contractors, subcontractors, temporary and remote workers as required.
