By the mid-1990s runners throughout the country were discovering the benefits of deep water running for cross training and rehabilitation. In 1994 the WAVE Belt® PRO was introduced—a buoyancy belt specifically designed for deep water runners featuring such novel innovations (for the time) as contoured shaping and adjustable buoyancy.
