A Message from the Resort Manager Dear Hyatt Mountain Lodge Owners, We are currently enjoying another beautiful summer season in Beaver Creek. While Beaver Creek is mostly known for being a world-class ski resort, the summer remains a very popular time for owners and guests to take advantage of all the spectacular scenery and exciting activities the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Whether it is hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, golfing, swimming, or enjoying the views from a scenic lift ride, you are sure to have an amazing time doing what you love in the summer. As we know all too well, winter will be here before you know it. During the winter months of November through April, we have weekly owner’s meetings at which valuable information is shared with the owners. Please join me at these weekly meetings, which are held on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Lobby. At these meetings, you will learn about various topics from the budget to reserve projects and the latest news from Hyatt Vacation Ownership. Also there will be a point discussion on how to use your fixed
week and float points. I look forward to seeing you at these meetings. In order to stay up-to-date with information from Hyatt Residence Club and from your home owner association, please take a moment to update your member profile on www.hyattresidenceclub.com. Once you logon the site by clicking on the top-right-hand corner, please proceed to update profile, which can be found above the sign-out box on the lower-left-hand side of your screen or at the top of your screen. Please click on either one and the screen will take you to your profile page. At the bottom of the page is a section named Communication Preferences. Please proceed to that area and click “yes” to receive marketing information by email, receive account summary information by email and to receive homeowner association correspondence by email. Also, you may book, change, and cancel reservations on this website, as well as place yourself on a waitlist up to 18 months in advance for any one of our beautiful Hyatt Residence Clubs.
