All our pizzas are freshly prepared using only the best available ingredients. While the artisanal pizza dough is made using a slow maturation for 36 hours, the baking process happens at 430 degrees for only 90 seconds. Our “IL Forno” - oven - is imported from the birthplace of pizza, Naples, Italy, where it was hand-crafted from volcanic stones.
