Installation instruction
1. Acclimatization/Storage
Before assembly, the panels must acclimatize. To do this, store it flat on the floor in the room where you want to assemble for about 24 hours. Do not store the packages in front of damp or freshly wallpapered walls. Before you lay the panels, the general requirements for installing wood-based materials indoors must be met. So make sure that the walls and ceilings are dry, i.e. have a maximum residual moisture of 5 percent.
2. Prepare the surface
The surface must be clean and dry. Before laying, completely remove any residue from old coverings from the surface. Make sure that all unevenness is removed.
3. Laying direction
The acoustic panels can be installed vertically or horizontally with the following options:
- Wall mounting with glue (not suitable for the ceiling)
- Installation on a substructure with and without Insulation – for the best possible sound absorption class
- Screw connection directly to the wall
4. Wall mounting by gluing
NOTE: Gluing the acoustic panels is only suitable for the wall and not for ceiling mounting! Applying adhesive For bonding the acoustic panels, we recommend an SMP-based assembly adhesive. The adhesive is applied selectively to the back.
5. Alignment and assembly
Align the acoustic panels with a spirit level and press them firmly against the wall. Place the next panel with the decorative strip/wooden slats over the joint and fasten it. You can continue laying row by row using this scheme. Cut the last panels of each row so that there is at least 0.2 in. of space between the walls. Angle cover strips can be used to cover the distance from the wall.
6. Wall/ceiling mounting by screw connection
The acoustic panels can be attached directly to an existing wall or ceiling, e.g. B. have coarse chipboard, plaster or concrete walls. Use matching color mounting screws and screw the felt between the ribs for concealed mounting. Use at least 15 screw holes per panel. The distance between the screws may be a maximum of 23.6 in.

Antes del montaje, los paneles deben aclimatarse. Para ello, guárdelo en posición horizontal en el suelo de la habitación donde desea montarlo durante unas 24 horas. No guarde los paquetes delante de paredes húmedas o recién empapeladas. 2. Preparar la superficie

3. Dirección de colocación
Los paneles acústicos se pueden instalar vertical u horizontalmente con las siguientes opciones:
- Montaje en pared con pegamento (no apto para techo)
- Instalación sobre una subestructura con y sin aislamiento: para la mejor clase de absorción acústica posible
- Conexión por tornillo directamente a la pared
4. Montaje en pared mediante pegado
NOTA: ¡El pegado de paneles acústicos sólo es adecuado para montaje en pared y no en techo! Aplicación del adhesivo Para unir los paneles acústicos recomendamos un adhesivo de montaje a base de SMP. El adhesivo se aplica selectivamente en la espalda.
5. Alineación y montaje
Alinee los paneles acústicos con un nivel de burbuja y presiónelos firmemente contra la pared. Coloque el siguiente panel con la tira decorativa/lamas de madera sobre la junta y fíjelo. Puedes continuar colocando fila por fila usando este esquema. Corta los últimos paneles de cada fila de modo que quede al menos 0.2 in. de espacio entre las paredes. Para cubrir la distancia desde la pared se pueden utilizar listones de protección angular.
6. Montaje en pared/techo mediante conexión por tornillo
Los paneles acústicos se pueden fijar directamente a una pared o techo existente, p. B. tener paredes de aglomerado grueso, yeso u hormigón. Utilice tornillos de montaje del mismo color y atornille el fieltro entre las nervaduras para un montaje oculto. Utilice al menos 15 orificios para tornillos por panel. La distancia entre los tornillos podrá ser como máximo de 23.6 in.
