Johna Johnson, a certified yoga and qigong instructor, is offering free MOVE classes at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center at 9:00 a.m. MOVE brings together slow but powerful yoga and qigong poses to improve overall health and wellbeing. No prior experience required. Classes will be followed by a light breakfast.
