The MD’s message Arron Hutcheon- Managing Director
The most important message I want to communicate to you all going into harvest, is our ongoing commitment to serving and supporting your needs. This has been the single biggest foundation that my Grandfather George built the business upon over 62 years ago and one that I know is still a key element today. There will be times when we get it wrong. There will be times when we need to make changes in the business to improve and prepare for the future. I know that this may not sit well with all customers, in all markets. However, please remember every decision, or change has an underlying purpose in an effort to serve you better. We are driven towards catering to all our customer’s needs, to exceed your expectations. Irrespective of whether you are an acreage lifestyle customer or a commercial
farming enterprise. We will continue to work on this until we get it right. We are committed to making sure we re-evaluate this as your business and needs change. Remember, we aim to be big enough to service your needs; but small enough to care. There is a fitting one line statement in my local take away store that I read when I was buying my kids some fish and chips on the weekend - “If you’re not happy tell me; if you’re happy, tell others”. If you have any concerns, call me directly or contact your local Branch Manager. We are excited with the season ahead and wish all our customers luck over the next few busy months. Thanks again for your ongoing business and support. Arron Hutcheon 0428 502 454
