HUSQVARNA

DIAMOND TOOLS

Many Husqvarna dry cutting diamond blades are laser welded, the laser welding process results is a weld that is stronger than both the segment & the steel centre. Husqvarna are so confident with it’s welding process that should a Husqvarna laser welded segment come from the blade whilst in normal use due to a welding failure then HC UK will replace the blade once the blade has been returned to and verified by HC UK.

Claims on all Husqvarna diamond tools will only be considered if the following procedures are followed:

• All suspect products must be returned to HC UK c/w details of the materials cut, meterage cut, details of the machine used and reason for return, proof of purchase date must be provided.

• Claims will only be considered if at least 50% of the height of the diamond segment is remaining. (A completely worn out steel blank does not show us how the segment has been performing)
