Elgard™ indicates via the LED panel when you drill with optimal power. This allows the operator to drill at maximum pressure and thereby extend the product life of the motor and tools.

Husqvarna AD 10
Automatic drill feed unit that is easy to install on the stand and to operate. Ensures the optimal feed speed. Reduces the strain on the operator and delivers more efficient drilling. Max feed speed 3.2 m /min. Weight 3.6 kg.

Heavy-duty stand for Husqvarna’s largest electric drill motors. Ready for the AD 10. Two-speed feed. Quick connection for the drill motor. Travel length 700 mm. Weight 25 kg.
Automatic angle drilling.
Easy to use. With a single control you set the feed speed, direction and power. Then the AD 10 manages the drilling and feeding competely automatically, and stops when the hole is made. The control is also used for quick retraction of the drill bit.
Optimal power. The LED on the drill motor tells you when you are using the power optimally. This ensure the best possible performance in every material and extends the life of the machine and tool.
3-speed gearbox. The DM 280 and DM 340 have a water-cooled 3-speed gearbox for optimal drilling performance. The connection to the water hose can be turned 180 degrees, for easier operation.
Light and compact. The DS 450 stand is very stable, yet also light and compact, making it easy to use and transport.

The drill bits in the D 1200 series have been developed for powerful drill motors like the DM 280 and the DM 340. The segments have the revolutionary Diagrip™ technology for optimal distribution of the diamonds, which yields much higher cutting speeds and durability than conventional technology.

A stable and extremely flexible steel stand. Enables you to drill upward, downward, horizontally and at any angle, from a single position. A perfect stand for efficient seam drilling. Hydraulic rpm control. The 3-stage hydraulic rpm control makes it easy to adjust the rpms during operation, so you can optimize the speed for the material.
2-speed gearbox. Mechanical gearbox that combines with the rpm control to give you six speeds, for maximum drilling performance in any application. The gearbox is water-cooled for increased service life.
Stable and flexible. The stand is extremely stable, while also very flexible. The column can be rotated 360 degrees and tilted 180 degrees, so you can quickly get the drill into position.

Husqvarna DS 250
Compact aluminium stand, developed for the DM 220. 2-speed feed for optimal feed rate, depending on application. Quick connection for drill motor. Perfect for jobs that require rapid installation of the stand. Travel length 684 mm. Weight 16 kg.
Wet drilling with stand.
Correct angle. The Electronic Positioning System has an LED that shows when the machine is held horizontally or vertically. Can also be pre-set for any desired angle.
Wet or dry. The DM 220 can be used for wet or dry drilling. The integrated dust control feature has the same connection for the water hose and the dust collection hose.
Integrated half-speed button. For easier starts at lower rpms. The ergonomic button has integrated SmartStart which you can use without changing your grip.
Sturdy connection. The DM 220 mounts easily on the stand, thanks to a sturdy connection. During freehand drilling, a plastic cover protects the connection from dirt and wear.
HUSQVARNA Diamond drill bits
Husqvarna’s extensive range of diamond drill bits really demonstrates its value with this drill system. For dry drilling we recommend the D 835; for wet drilling the D 1200 Diagrip™. These drills have thinner segments and tubes, which means faster cutting, even with smaller, handier drills like the DM 220. This also means that the drill bit requires less feed pressure, which is a big advantage when freehand drilling.
