Material: ESD mounting element EVA The containers of Siemaplast 2322 AS and (Siema) adhesive Adhesive: S iemaplast 2322 AS black / (Siema) adhesive primer N 1202 / primer N1202 must be well-shaken before removal of the (Siema) crosslinker 5002 E processing quantity 1. Separation of outsole
Using a knife or band saw
2. Levelling of the tread surface of the shoe
Grind in the toe-cap area as far as the lasting edge (upper)
3. Precoating ESD mounting element EVA with adhesive primer N1202 with addition of 5% crosslinker 5002 E
Strength of the ESD mounting element EVA as indicated Drying time 15 minutes
4. Main coating ESD mounting element EVA and shoe with Siemaplast 2322 AS with addition of 5% crosslinker 5002 E
Drying time 15 minutes
5. Activation of parts
per layer 70 째C
6. Pressing of parts
Pressing force approx. 3 bar Pressing time approx. 5 seconds
7. Grind as indicated 8. Precoating of shoe with adhesive primer N 1202 with addition of 5% crosslinker 5002 E
Drying time 15 minutes
9. Main coating of shoe and sole with Siemaplast 2322 AS with addition of 5% crosslinker 5002 E
Drying time 15 minutes
10. Activation of parts
per layer 70 째C
11. Pressing of parts
Pressing force approx. 3 bar Pressing time approx. 5 seconds
12. Finishing 13. If necessary, iron on thermal label with label (name of company performing the work)
Orthopaedic uvex comfort custom foot orthotics and orthopaedic shoe finishings are certified in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011 in combination with the models from the series uvex motion 3 XL and uvex 2. We shall not be held liable for non-certified combinations. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns regarding the certified safety shoe.
Iron temperature approx. 110 째C, no direct contact between iron and label (fabric underliner)
NOTE: For shoe finishings, the temperature resistance of the sole is reduced to 60 째C. As part of product liability, please note that the type examination in combination with a modified orthopaedic foot orthotic/finishing is only valid if the instructions named in the further processing instructions are complied with. Non-compliance invalidates the EC type examination test certificate.
