100M tall buildings designed to house close to 30,000 people with multiple functions including retail, offices, hotel suites, food and beverage establishments each with their unique requirements of privacy, security and parking.
Designed to address complex planning issues while bringing everything into one cohesive complex.
The extensive programme combined with the high no. of floors requires well planned and highly sophisticated vertical circulation systems consisting of multiple elevator lobbies, atriums equipped with escalators and skylobies.
Volvo Garage
Spaces that inspire innovation while minimizing their carbon footprint. The Volvo Vehicle Tech Lab, situated on a 12,000 sq. ft. site, is a testament to this philosophy. This 7,000 sq. ft. facility in Bagmane Tech Park features a pre-engineered structure, thermally efficient PUF panels, and an abundance of natural light.

The design of Pi Sparkle recreates the efficience and environmental congeniality of ev systems through having a simple, thin, crisp and purely formal design, drawing inspiration from the simplest of natural elements.
At the heart of this proposal lies simple and pure effecience as a practical, easy-to-use, tried and tested parking layout meets ideas of transparency and human congeniality to create a special club for the persons of the road.
