Book clubs build community, turning reading from a solitary activity into a shared experience that sparks friendships and deeper understanding.

LOOKING BACK AT 2025 LOOKING BACK AT 2025

2025 was a year full of creativity, learning, and connection at the library! Our Wizard of Oz-themed Summer Reading Program encouraged kids to “Eat the Rainbow,” exploring colorful foods, fun stories, and healthy habits through books and activities Kids enjoyed reading to friendly cats and dogs, gaining confidence while sharing stories with furry friends The Fire Department visited for an engaging safety program, and representatives from the Game Commission stopped by to teach children about local wildlife and outdoor stewardship We built, imagined, and created together during LEGO Days, crafted miniature worlds in our Peep dioramas, and relaxed with movies shown right here in the library

Each program reminded us that learning can be hands-on, full-of-fun, and shared with the whole community

We can’t wait to see what new adventures next year brings!
