Project role: Joining project from the beginning, I was responsible for all activities related to design. This involved conducting RFP, technical evaluation of consultants, design brief, design sketch, reviewing of master plan and typical apartment layouts etc. While managing design development from CD to DD phases, I also take a key role in coordination with Marketing vendors to support Marketing campaign and closely collaborate with PM/Cost&Contract Departments in VE assessment and submission process.

Project description: Paradiso is a large scale, mix-used development covering an area of 11,480 sqm at Gold Coast, Australia. The development consists of three highrise towers, including apartments, F&B ,residential amenities. With 150K sqm in GFA, Paradiso provides 792 units and 930 car parking lots.

THE TOWER 1 IS 38-STOREYS (143 M), TOWER 2 IS 40-STOREYS (145 M) WHILE TOWER 3 IS 42-STOREYS (159 M).

EACH TOWER WILL HAVE ITS OWN PODIUM LEVEL INTERCONNECTED BY WALKWAYS TO CREATE A UNIQUE ELEVATED ‘SEASIDE VILLAGE’ FOR RESIDENTS, WITH EACH TOWER PODIUM OFFERING SEPARATE RESORT AMENITIES. THE TOWERS ALSO BOAST THEIR OWN DEDICATED SKY LOUNGES OCCUPYING THE ENTIRE 26TH LEVEL, EACH WITH CUSTOMIZED AMENITIES. THE DEVELOPMENT WILL ALSO INCLUDE A GROUND-LEVEL RETAIL PLAZA.

Project role: As a design manager, I was responsible for all activities related to design of project from SD to CD phases. While managing the progress of design development by consultants and contractors, I conducted construction observation and worked through issues that arose during construction of mock-up villas.

Project description: Rosewood hotel & residences, a 28ha 5-star resort, is one of 8 zones of Hoiana Phase 1 to be developed in Quang Nam province. It comprises 70 hotel villas, 25 branded villas, a specialty restaurant, Beach Club, Function room, Spa and other ancillary buildings.

Project role: I took a leading role in supporting Chairman for all activities related to design and managed design all disciplines of a long list of project including Wyndham Grand resort, condotel, feature spa, spa villas, shop house and sale gallery. Individually, I was responsible for designing architecture of Wyndham hotel villas (5stars) and spa villas while reviewing landscape and interior design.

Project description: KN Paradise is a new 800 ha urban development located in Cam Ranh, Nha Trang province. The phase 1 includes the 27 holes KN golf links, 5star Wyndham Grand resort and a number of facilities and residential buildings. Wyndham Grand resort provides 91 villas in total.

Project role: I was responsible for coordinating the project through phases: from concept design to schematic design.

This involved the development of 1/500 planning submission document, organizing workshops, supervising design works of lead consultant, maintaining connection with local representative relating to submission process.

Project description: Qudos Hoi An which is located in the coast of Hoi An is hotel resort comprises a 5-star hotel including 250 rooms, high-end apartment with 150 units, 46 villas and facilities.

Project role: I closely assisted project director in coordinating project from the beginning. I worked on a wide array of tasks, including generating design schedule, monitor design contract process, holding workshops and weekly meeting with lead consultant, supervising development of design , managing and reviewing 1/500 planning documents for submission, supporting marketing department and legal department.

Project description: Holiday Inn Hoi An is located in the coastal Cam An ward of Hoi An city. The 5.9 ha resort contains a main hotel building providing 150 rooms, serviced apartment with 180 units, 10 Beach villas, 21 Garden villas and facilities

Project role: I worked collaboratively with German concept team from the beginning of project. As a technical manager, I managed the development of design during SD stage.

Project description: U-silk city is the 12 ha urban development in Ha Dong at the south of Ha Noi. CT1 Block includes 4 high end apartments (101,102,103,104) combined by 4 typical flats.

Project role: I worked collaboratively with England concept architects during schematic design phase. I was responsible for developing design documents including site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections.

Project description: Leicester square hotel & cinema located in London is a complex building which includes hotel, retail area, apartment and cinema.

Project role: I was responsible for developing construction document. During CD phase, I took a leading role in developing a variety of details.

Project description: Walpole hose which is located in Westminster London is an renovation project to turn an old building into new residential apartment.

Project role: I consulted Malaysian designers at ceiling concept design in technical aspects. I carried on research and create new architectural products as triangular ceiling curved in 2 directions. As a lead designer of contractor, I was responsible to generate construction details of ceiling, structure, method statement and fabrication.

Project description: Phnom Penh International Airport Extension which is a expansion of Cambodian Airport has impressive feature as metal curved triangular ceiling.

Project role: I assisted client by providing design of metal ceiling and feature wall then worked collaboratively with Singaporean architects to develop design during CD and construction phases. This involved generating of design layout, construction details, structure and fabrication details also. I carried on research and create solid aluminum cladding with open-joints as new architectural products in the market.

Project description: Binh Duong Convention & Exhibition Center has impressive features as metal roof, flashing, metal ceiling and feature wall.

Project role: Directly I consulted French designers at metal ceiling and facade design in technical aspects. Later as a lead designer of contractor, I was responsible to generate construction and fabrication details of all metal items including ceiling, facade, cladding.

Project description: The whole metal facade and screen are the main feature which make impression for CPEC building located in Thu Thiem HCMC. The louver metal screen facing to the center square is not only sun control system but also a huge display LED screen.

Though I played as a lead design of contractor who managed to generate technical documents during CD and construction phases, I became far more involved structure studying.
