MEMORANDUM FOR CYS Patrons SUBJECT: Child and Youth Services (CYS) Programming Update 1. Parents recently received a notice regarding upcoming changes to the Priority System for CYS which will become effective 1 September 2020. 2. In the notice, families who receive notification that they will be supplanted may be eligible for Army Fee Assistance to help cover the cost of off-post childcare. Please be advised that USAG Humphreys does not offer this service. 3. USAG Humphreys Child and Youth Services does not have a list of approved, preferred, or select childcare facilities located off of the installation. 4. USAG Humphreys CYS has a list of off-post childcare facilities located in the surrounding area. This list is available at the Parent Central Services office, in MAUDE HALL, BLDG 6400, RM L207. Facilities listed are in no way recommended or endorsed by the U.S. Government, USAG Humphreys, USAG Humphreys Child and Youth Services or its employees. 5. Those families that use off-post child care will be responsible for any bill or payment due to the selected childcare facility. 6.
