912 Food Farmacy - A USDA-funded program that partners with four local health clinics to serve low income individuals who have or are at risk for diet related chronic diseases. Participants attend six monthly sessions where they receive health screenings, nutrition classes, and 26 weeks of prescription vouchers to shop at the Food Farmacy.
