Roshni Mahesh is a principal in the regional health and benefits consulting team in Singapore. Her main focus is regional benefits management for multinational corporations in Asia Pacific. She works closely with her clients on the design and delivery of effective and sustainable employee benefits. She provides consulting expertise and assists clients in the implementation of a wide range of solutions, including setting up a benefits governance framework, multinational pooling, multi-country benefit review and competitive benchmarking, health and wellness strategies and cost-containment initiatives. She has extensive experience in the health and benefits field and has worked with multinational clients across the UK, Channel Islands, the Caribbean and Asia in developing strategic employee benefit solutions.

Dr Hazlee bin Abdul Hadi is registered as a specialist at the National Specialist Register of Malaysia. He is currently the head, and specialist and medical advisor for occupational health services at the Prince Court Medical Centre. He has a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1998. In June 2007, he gained his master’s degree in occupational health from National University of Malaysia. After he completed his master’s programme he served as senior assistant director at the occupational health and environmental unit, Ministry of Health, Putrajaya. In October 2007, he joined Prince Court Medical Centre as head and physician for the occupational health services and travel clinic. He has been appointed as an approved medical examiner for many oil and gas companies such as PETRONAS, ExxonMobil, Petron, SHELL, along with International SOS and KLCC.

Leny Januar graduated with a computer science degree from the University of Alberta. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR and payroll solutions providing assistance to many customers in the areas of implementing and automating the company’s HR system. Her expertise also includes payroll solutions for the region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Brunei. She also speaks at seminars in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia on effective HR and payroll solutions and using technology through automation and integration.

Anna Tan is the country human resources director at Schneider Electric Malaysia and has been overseeing the HR function since October 2013. She is a HR leader passionate about delivering the talent agenda and supporting organisational performance through a holistic approach by embracing leadership, change management, coaching and talent management. She has played key HR leadership roles in Fortune 500 MNCs, namely RBC Investor Services, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Campbell Soup and Guinness Anchor Berhad. She is also a published author and her first book was called Stretched! She has also been incorporated in a Canadian bank’s global management development programme. Her work in HR has been backed by extensive certification and training in psychometric profiling and leadership training such as MBTI, occupational testing and profiling, competency modelling and leadership development.
