Hillman Beer Hillman Beer is a small, family-owned business located in Asheville, NC. Brothers Brad and Greig Hillman, and Greig’s wife Brandi Hillman, have come together to bring the pub style back to the brewery experience. With an emphasis on quality beer and a focus on classics and comfort, we hope that our beer and pub atmosphere keep you coming back to Hillman Beer.

Wehrloom Honey & Meadery Come “bee” a part of Asheville’s first craft meadery in the South Slope Brewery District!

Wehrloom began as a small home spun business with a holiday gift of two hives. Currently we harvest honey from hundreds of hives, make handmade skin care products and MEAD. Our meads have attributes that appeal to beer and cider enthusiasts. Wehrloom mead is light, dry, refreshing and ranges in alcohol from 4.5% to 11.5%. All our meads are naturally Gluten Free and sulfite free.

Burning Blush Brewery Founded in December 2019, family-owned and operated Burning Blush focuses on traditional European lagers and ales. Order them in a half liter mug across a beautiful rescued 1930s bar. The large taproom gives off a Victorian gothic vibe and is furnished to replicate a German bier hall with large community style tables where conversation amongst beer drinkers reigns supreme. The walls are adorned with an intricate stain glass mural by local Asheville artists that reflects across the original stain glass from the bar.

The brewery also has a large, 12,000 square foot outdoor beer garden to accommodate families and furry friends alike. A rotating food truck schedule everyday allows for a different food pairing for each visit.

Guidon Brewing Co. Guidon Brewing Co. (Pronounced Guide On) is a veteran, American, German, and family owned and operated company dedicated to the art of brewing high quality, carefully crafted beer. Our combined knowledge of fine quality food and beverages from around the world drives our passion to provide our customers with the same quality we’ve come to know and love.

We also strive to provide an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. This is known as Gemutlichkeit in Germany and it’s a word that projects a feeling of friendliness, relaxation and cheerfulness.

The Guidon is a type of military flag that represents the organization and serves as a rallying point for troops on the battlefield. We chose it as our logo because we want to be seen as the rallying point for craft beer. Each component of a military guidon has meaning and so does ours. The black and Gold colors represent my service with the United States Army, the “B” represents our family name, the “4” represents the number of members of our family, and the “2” represents our two countries of origin, U.S.A. and Germany.

Dry Falls Brewing Co. Dry Falls Brewing Co. started out as a dream between father and son while sitting in a brewery on family vacation. Romanticizing the idea while drinking a flight of twenty-four different brews, Jeff and Evan found their next father/son hobby. They dove into books on brewing, purchased home brewing equipment and decided to brew full grain, just like the pros! Over a six-month period, they built a small working brewery inside Jeff’s garage.

Friends, family, and neighbors started coming over and sharing pints.

In 2015 Evan’s mother finally pushed her boys in the direction they needed. She gave the ultimatum “Do it, or stop talking about it.” In August 2016, Dry Falls Brewing Co. was founded and later purchased the Kanuga Rd location. They saw the old body shop for what is could be; a great place for a brewery. Prost!
