.M. (Aim to Mend)是新纪元大学学院媒体 研究系，2017年9月份公共关系实务课 的学生所举办。而这一次的公关实务活动我们 会以“熬夜”作为我们的主题。因此，我们希 望透过此活动，让大众，尤其是青年人进一步 了解何谓“熬夜”。

.M. (Aim to Mend) PR Campaign is organised by the September 2017 students from the Media Studies Department, New Era University College (NEUC). Our course is Public Relations Campaign Planning. The theme of this campaign focuses on the repercussions of ‘staying up late’. Through this campaign, we hope to educate the public about the consequences of staying up late.

A.M.标志的概念

Concept of A.M. Logo  A.M.是“Aim to Mend”

的缩写，Me nd意指“修 补”，因此采用黑色圆 形背景来凸显戴着睡帽的 月亮，以此强调夜晚的时 间，大家都应该睡觉了。

A.M. is the short form for “Aim to Mend”. “Mend”means “repair”.

The black is the moon. Which symbolises the night. It reminds everyone that it is time to go to bed.

 黑色背景代表夜晚， 黄色代表月亮。

The black background represents the night, and yellow represents the moon.

 月亮代表就寝时间，睡 帽代表睡眠时间。

The Moon represents bed time which starts from 11P.M. and the nightcap remind the people is time to go to bed.

 The gear embedded in ‘A’, represents the clock as well as the body organs.

齿轮代表时间的同 时，也代表人体的器 官。

扳手代表修补零

The Spanner in‘M’stands

为在青年和经常熬夜的职场人建立健康的生活方 式以便减少熬夜所带来的风险。 To cultivate a healthy lifestyle in order to reduce the risks of lack of sleep.

提供青年避免熬夜的方法。 To recommend positive ways to avoid staying up late.

为 A.M.公关活动筹集资金。 To raise funds for A.M. Public Relations Campaign.

医认为，夜晚阳气较 弱，阴寒之气较强，如 果长期熬夜又不注意夜间防寒，会 增加体内的内寒之气，导致经虚血结， 这也会间接诱发乳腺癌。 hinese medicine believes that the Yang Qi (阳气) is weak at night while theYing Qi (阴气) is strong. If you stay up late for a long time and ignore the cold at night, the chill of the internal body will increase, resulting in blood clot. This will indirectly lead to breast cancer.

taying up late will result in lack of sleep and this in turn will increase the risk of accidents. When a sleepy person is driving, he probably cannot concentrate because he has to close his eyes to rest every now and then.

夜少喝咖啡。咖啡 易引起失眠，还消 耗体内B族维生素，更容 易累。而喝枸杞大枣茶， 补水又去火。

rink coffee as little as possible when staying up late. Coffee easily lead to insomnia, but also consumes B vitamins of the body, more easily tired. You can drink wolfberry jujube tea for body hydration and remove the heat of the body.

果非要熬夜的话， 建议在子时（晚上 11点到凌晨1点）最好能 睡一会儿。第二天不要 用一整天的时间昏睡，而 是减少上午补眠的时间， 隔天中午时段适当补眠即 可，建议不超过3小时。

f you have to stay up late, it is recommended to sleep for a while in zi shi (子时) which is 23:00 to 01:00. Do not sleep with a whole day for the next day, rather to reduce the sleep time in the morning, catch up on some sleep on noon, but not more than 3 hours.
