Your Hosts:
Mariana and Adam split their time between Manhattan and Dutchess County, enjoying the best of both worlds.
The Pawling Farmhouse has been in the family for 20 years.
Wicked Finch Farm was created in 2018 to share the farmstay experience with others. The first batch of artisanal jams were made from the berries growing on the property. This soon grew expanded into a brand that includes preserves, confections and small batch dessert granola available at local businesses and online.

Your favorite variety of Wicked Finch Farm Boozy Jam
For the tart crust, pulse the flour, butter & salt in a food processor until crumbly. Slowly add drips of ice water until it forms a dough. Roll the dough out and cut 2 1/2” - 3” circles. Press the dough into tart or muffin tin. Spoon 2 teaspoons of your favorite jam into the tarts. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is lightly golden and jam is bubbly!
W cked finch
Our first batch of was made from blueberries that were planted by Adam and his parents Sam and Christine over a decade ago.
Before she passed, Christine had plans to make jam with Mariana from foraged berries. Christine and Mariana also enjoyed a good cocktail. It was with these two memories of Adam’s mother which inspired Wicked Finch Farm’s “boozy jam”
The bespoke package was developed from Mariana’s background in design and love of paper craft. The labels use handmade fiber paper from Japan along with upcycled raffia. Each jar includes a cocktail recipe and serving ideas.
